The staff, especially Don Julio, are very friendly. The location within Andorra is excellent, but the downside is that it's at least a half-hour drive to the ski resort. The spa is very nice.

We had a great experience at dinner, thanks to the impeccable service of the restaurant staff. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and helpful, ensuring that nothing was missing from the table. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff showed great professionalism and friendliness.

Our stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but I missed some essential information at check-in. They didn't explain to us the breakfast and dinner times, the place where meals were taken, the fact that we were with Half Board, how the main areas worked and the other services available. We had to ask several times at reception for this information, which could have been avoided with a clearer explanation on arrival.
It would be good for the hotel to improve this process to offer guests a more organized and welcoming experience.
A estadia no hotel foi satisfatória, mas senti falta de informações essenciais no check-in. Não nos explicaram sobre horários do pequeno-almoço e de jantar nem do local onde eram tomadas as refeições tinhamos meia pensão, funcionamento das áreas comuns e outros serviços disponíveis. Tivemos que perguntar várias vezes na receção para obter essas informações, o que poderia ter sido evitado com uma explicação mais clara na chegada.
Seria bom que o hotel melhorasse esse processo para oferecer uma experiência mais organizada e acolhedora aos hóspedes.
