We did not have any problems with the flights or the hotel, good organization of the holiday.
No hemos tenido ningún problema con los vuelos ni con el hotel, buena organización del viaje.
The hotel food is varied but everything cooked tastes practically the same due to the amount of spices they use, fish almost absent and when there was always the same, little fresh fruit, lack of natural juices, the ones they put are very artificial and are not good tasting.

The first thing is to recommend this holiday, for us it was a very good experience, from the flight schedule, the hotel and the island in general although driving on the left at first was complicated hehehe I liked the tranquility of the area, although there is nothing nearby, the ease of car park, very good for visiting Gozo and Comino you have the boats at the door of the hotel. The buffet is very good, every day different themes with live music, on each floor there are fountains to refill water and above all the friendliness and predisposition of the employees.
Lo primero es recomendar este viaje, para nosotros fue muy buena experiencia, desde el horario de los vuelos, el hotel y la isla en general aunque conducir por la izquierda al principio fue complicado je je .Me gustó la tranquilidad de la zona, a pesar que no haya nada cerca, la facilidad para aparcar, muy bien para visitar Gozo y Comino tienes los barcos en la puerta del hotel. El buffet está muy bien, cada día diferentes temáticas con música en directo , en cada planta hay fuentes para rellenar agua y sobre todo la amabilidad y predisposición de los empleados

The staff was very friendly.
The beds were very comfortable and you slept very well because you could not hear any noise.

I didn't like the location, there is nothing around the hotel, to find some atmosphere you have to walk quite a distance. The only thing nearby were ferries to Gozo and Comino.
The first day when we arrived around 11.30 in the morning as the check in was at 15.00, I missed that they offered us a place to change, use the pool etc, they only kept our suitcase and we went three hours with the clothes of the holiday and the handbag to see the surroundings.
As for the cleanliness of the rooms, the balcony was not cleaned during the week we stayed and the ashtray was not even emptied. The bathroom garbage was not emptied every day either, but the room was cleaned well.
Regarding the buffet, very little fruit at breakfast, little variety. The rest was fine.
La ubicación no me ha gustado, no hay nada alrededor del hotel, para encontrar algo de ambiente hay que recorrer bastante distancia. Lo único que estaba cerca eran ferries para Gozo y Comino.
El primer día cuando llegamos sobre las 11.30 de la.mañana como el check in era a las 15.00,eche de menos que nos ofrecieran un lugar donde cambiarnos, usar la piscina etc, tan solo nos guardaron la maleta y nos fuimos tres horas con la ropa del viaje y el bolso de mano a conocer los alrededores.
En cuanto a la limpieza de habitaciones, el balcón no lo limpiaron en la semana que estuvimos y ni siquiera vaciaron el cenicero. La basura del baño tampoco nos la vaciaban todos los días, pero la habitación si que la limpiaban bien.
Respecto al bufet, muy poco fruta en el desayuno, poca variedad. Lo demás estaba bien

Very friendly staff. The rooms very large and good. Very nice environment, views of Comino and Gozo from the hotel. Very good location to go to Gozo and Comino. Overall very good.

As something to highlight negative it is far from the rest of the island of Malta. If you use public transport, buses, very far from the rest of the cities to visit. You lose a lot of time in the displacements. The food very repetitive and little variety, even though every day was themed food I did not appreciate this variety. Almost always the same, all very spicy. Lack of basic food. Not all the pools were open and the spa was a bit poor for a 4 star hotel.
Cómo algo a destacar negativo que está lejos del resto de la isla de Malta. Si utilizas el transporte público, los autobuses, muy lejos del resto de ciudades a visitar. Se pierde mucho tiempo en los desplazamientos. La comida muy repetitiva y poca variedad, a pesar de que cada día era comida temática no sé apreciaba esta variedad. Casi siempre lo mismo, todo muy especiado. Falta comida básica. No todas las piscinas estaban abiertas y el spa un poco pobre para ser un hotel 4 estrellas.

For being the first "bigger" than normal deal that we have taken, it has been a 9.5/10 experience, the hotel buffet was incredible, as well as the services, cleanliness and workers of the hotel itself.

The holiday corresponds to what was offered, the hotel is great, facing the sea island of Comino. The views are spectacular!
The hotel is a high performance 4 star, there are 3 super clean pools and even spa included in the price.
The staff is very friendly, they try in every possible way to make you feel good, the waiters, housekeeping, impossible to put an objection!!!! There are Spanish speaking staff like Sergio or Daniel, all the time pending of anything you may require.
The food is very extensive, varied, very well prepared, plus lots of vegetables and a multitude of desserts. Also in the evening with live music at night.
El viaje se corresponde con lo ofrecido, el hotel está genial, frente al mar isla de Comino. Las vistas son espectaculares!!!
El hotel es un 4 estrellas de altas prestaciones, hay 3 piscinas super limpias e incluso spa incluido en el precio.
El personal es muy amable, intenta de todas las formas posibles hacerte sentir bien, los camareros, limpieza, imposible poner una objeción!! Hay personal de habla hispana como Sergio o Daniel, todo el tiempo pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas requerir.
La comida muy amplia, variada, muy bien elaborada, además cantidad de verduras y multitud de postres. Además por la noche con música en directo por la noche.
We loved it in general, but the WORST thing was the return in the late hours of the morning and being Friday night to Saturday IMPOSSIBLE to find cab, Bolt, Uber ..... And even they do NOT accept a Reservation in advance that we tried to make.

One way, being daytime there is no problem, since there are multiple facilities with the bus card that can be obtained at the airport. At night there is NO public transportation.
That said WE SPENT ALL NIGHT at the airport with children. I think that since the hotel is great, and there is no public transport during the night and the Bolt...are in the party area to coincide with the night from Friday to Saturday, the return from hotel to airport will be managed with the holiday of Busco un deal .
As said, we left with the last one at night NO public transport works.
Nos ha encantado en general, pero lo PEOR la vuelta a altas horas de la mañana y al ser noche de viernes a sábado IMPOSIBLE encontrar taxi, Bolt, Uber..... E incluso NO aceptan una Reserva con antelación que intentamos realizar.
Toda una odisea!!!!!
La ida, al ser de día no hay ningún problema, dado que hay múltiples facilidades con la tarjeta de autobuses que se pueden obtener en el aeropuerto. Por la noche NO FUNCIONA ningún trasporte público.
Lo dicho PASAMOS TODA LA NOCHE en el aeropuerto con niños. Creo que dado que el hotel está genial, y no hay trasporte público durante la noche y los Bolt...estan en el área de fiesta al coincidir con la noche de viernes a sábado, la vuelta de hotel a aeroport se gestionara con el viaje de Busco un Chollo .
Lo dicho, nos fuimos con el último Por la noche NO funciona el transporte público

Overall, we liked everything. The hotel is well kept, with good amenities and the workers were friendly and helpful.

There are a couple of things we didn't like very much. Firstly, the rooms and, above all, the bathrooms were very poorly lit. Secondly, we were a bit upset that they did not know how to differentiate between all-inclusive and Full Board: on the second day, when we went to the restaurant, they asked us to show our wristbands, to which we replied that we did not have them because our booking was not all-inclusive. The room manager insisted that if we did not have our bracelets, we would have to pay for the meal. After repeating that the front desk had not informed us of this, the room manager went to talk to his colleagues at the front desk and, finally, they gave us a green wristband, to differentiate us from the all-inclusive customers who wore red wristbands. Even so, it was noticeable that the restaurant staff did not know what the color of the wristbands meant, and every night we had to repeat that we were not all-inclusive and that we had to pay for our drinks.
Hay un par de cosas que no nos gustaron mucho. En primer lugar, las habitaciones y, sobretodo, los baños tenían muy poca iluminación. En segundo lugar, nos disgustó un poco que no supieran diferenciar entre el todo incluido y la pensión completa: el segundo día, cuando fuimos al restaurante, nos pidieron que mostrásemos las pulseras, a lo que nosotros respondimos que no teníamos porque nuestra reserva no era en todo incluido. El jefe de sala insistió en que, si no llevábamos pulsera, tendríamos que abonar la comida. Después de repetir que en recepción no nos habían informado de eso, el jefe de sala fue a hablar con los compañeros de recepción y, finalmente, nos dieron unas pulsera verdes, para diferenciarnos con los clientes del todo incluido que la llevaban de color rojo. Aun así, se notaba que entre los trabajadores del restaurante tampoco sabían distinguir lo que significaba el color de las pulseras, y cada noche teníamos que repetirles que no estábamos en todo incluido y que debíamos pagar las bebidas.

The hotel is fine, nothing to write home about, but being in malta it is very nice and I say this because I was surprised to find malta to be a less advanced country than I imagined.
El hotel esta bien, nada del otro mundo oero estando en malta esta muy birn y lo digo porque me ha sorprendido malta por ser un pais menos avanzado de lo que imaginaba,.
The hotel may have mattresses and water issues, they put a fridge in the room without any drinks or anything under the pretext that they are sustainable and thus do not generate waste and instead put a water fountain in the hallways. Which in my opinion did not filter well and had a bad taste.
Del hotel quizas tema colchones y tema agua , te ponen una nevera en la habitacion sin nada de bebidas ni nada con el pretexto de que son sostenible y asi no generan residuos y en su lugar ponen una fuente de agua en los pasillos. Que a mi parecer nonfiltraba bien y tenia mal sabor

La ubicación del hotel, en una zona tranquila y cerca del ferry a Comino y Gozo. La limpieza fantástica. La amabilidad de todo el personal, muy educados y pendientes de las necesidades de los clientes. La disponibilidad de fuentes de agua para recargar las botellas. Disponían de hamacas y toallas sin coste adicional en la piscina.
Te ofrecen obsequio a la llegada y a la salida.
El horario de la piscina (cierra a las 19:00, saliendo del agua a las 18:30 con todo el calor que hace…). El personal apenas habla español aunque hay muchos turistas en ese idioma. La animación escasa (por las noches apenas nada, solo dos 2 noches tuvimos animación, un bingo y un karaoke).

Hotel muy bueno. Situado al norte de la isla, no hay nada alrededor, es para coger un coche de alquiler y recorrer la isla. Buena ubicación para coger ferry y barco para ir a la isla de Gozo y Comino.
Por un problema llegamos por la noche del aeropuerto, a las 22.30 h, y nos quedamos sin cenar, y no hay absolutamente nada, ni bares ni nada... Todo lo demás muy bien.
