Excellent
The location is excellent that it is ski in and out. I don't need to take the gondola but it required at least blue run level. Additionally, the swimming/spa area is free and most of other hotels charge for it. This is a big supermarket nearby and that is very convenience.
the restaurant food is average and one time I ordered freshly cook sea bass and it was under cooked :( . The wifi is not stable that sometimes the connection is down.

Excellent location, ski in - ski out, relatively new hotel with a large area, ski equipment rental right at the exit of the ski room, a few steps from the ski lift.
Very friendly staff, great choice of meals in the restaurant.

I had asking about extra bed in my room and you and when I call to hotel I got answer : not possible. How much was my surprise when I saw an additional bed in my room and all bed-clothes in the cabinet! How can to explain for me that? Long rows waiting for diner. Not boot dryers! Skis room very narrow and very, very busy. Swimming pool size like in family house and Turkish bath just for max 10 peoples. Other saunas was close all days. Definitively this hotel is just 3 stars.

Poor poor internet... Every time you switch your mobile you need to sign it again and again, plus they want to charge 5 euros per night for internet in the rooms... Internet should be standard and included with the price, I find it petty that a 4 star hotel would charge. Saying all this, still a nice hotel to stay at.

Located directly on the slopes, with a good breakfast and dinner. Excellent views and a good playground.

In triple rooms, the third bed is a sofa bed. Not recommended for adults, although the receptionist changed our mattress. The rooms aren't very big. One point for improvement is that hotel guests don't have priority over non-guests when it comes to dining… I was unpleasantly surprised by this.

The room was poorly tidied, especially the pajamas that were thrown on the bed, and I felt it lacked care. I also think the rooms should have a mini-fridge.
