This resort is located on the Avenue de Tirajana, near the commercial center of Playa del Ingles. The town center, where you will find a lot of shops and places of entertainment as well as a varied and lively nightlife, is half a kilometer away from the resort grounds. The beach is about a kilometer and a half, just 200 meters from the complex is a public transport stop. There are about 30 kilometers from the airport. The complex was built in 1980 and renovated in 1989. It consists of a main building with five floors and a total of 150 apartments, 93 are apartments and 57 are bungalows in the back of the enclosure. The complex features a lobby and a lift, a TV room, WiFi with charge, a bar, a small supermarket and a restaurant. For younger guests there is a kids club (for children aged between 5 and 12 years) and a park for them to play at home. There are also parking spaces. Apartments and bungalows have a bathroom with hairdryer, balcony or terrace and a kitchenette with fridge. They are also equipped with direct dial telephone, safe, air conditioning and satellite TV or cable. In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a Jacuzzi and a pool bar. You also have the possibility to play billiards or tennis (additional fee) and table tennis. A program of activities and regularly offers entertainment (seasonal).
