He took care that we did not miss anything from the beginning, also recommended towns and beaches to visit, places to eat, where to go out ... always with that sympathy and smile, thanks a thousand Aridany! Good location, beach 15 minutes walking distance, many stores, bars and restaurants, shopping center (yumbo) just behind the hotel. Airport 25 minutes away by car .... Anyway, I don't know what else to ask for!
Lo primero a mencionar es el personal del hotel, del cual recibimos un trato excepcional desde el principio. El hotel es sencillo, pero cuidan muchos a los huéspedes. Tienen servicio de toallas para piscina gratuito, parking también incluido en el precio, habitación de cortesía al abandonar el hotel para poder ducharnos. En el comedor comida muy buena y con mucha variedad y aquí quería hablar de mi caso en concreto, mi mujer tiene una enfermedad en el estómago la cual le limita comer una serie de alimentos y la trataron como una reina, poniendo a su disposición todo lo que necesitaba, siempre amables y con una sonrisa en la cara, les estamos realmente agradecidos. Las instalaciones en general bien, la habitación reformada y limpia. La piscina con muchos servicios y un socorrista super amable, atento y servicial. Se preocupó de que no nos faltara nada desde el principio, además nos recomendó pueblos y playas para visitar, sitios donde comer, por dónde salir ...siempre con esa simpatía y sonrisa, mil gracias Aridany! Buena ubicación, playa a 15 minutos caminando, muchas tiendas, bares y restaurantes, centro comercial (yumbo) justo detrás del hotel. Aeropuerto a 25 minutos en coche.... En fin, no sé qué más de puede pedir!
