La vista al exterior que tienen las habitaciones desde la terraza balcón es muy desagradable porque toda la facha principal del hotel hacia la avenida de Italia tiene unos comercios cuya cubierta son unas planchas tercermundistas y unas tuberías sucias que no hacen nada agradable la visión al exterior. Se podría cuidar mejor ese aspecto y el hotel ganaría mucho valor. RESIDIMOS EN GRAN CANARIA pero no aparece esta opción en el desplegable.

The location is perfect, plus everything is very well taken care of. The people are super friendly (ALL of them). The nightly shows are cool, it's the Golden Sisters and Irene's show was outstanding. It's great.

The staff was very friendly at all times. I have celiac disease and the waiters and especially the cooks helped me a lot with the food and made me some delicious desserts.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Yo soy celiaca y los camareros y sobre todo, los cocineros, me ayudaron mucho con el tema de la comida y me realizaron unos postres buenísimos.
There was quite a mess with the gluten-free food, as some were blaming each other about who had to help me to know what was gluten-free. The gluten free beer was not included in the all inclusive, I had to pay for it separately. The entertainment is quite poor, as it starts at 21:30 and ends at 22:15. If you stay in the rooms facing the main street, there is a pub about 500 m away where you can hear the music quite a lot even with the door closed.
Hubo bastante lío con la comida sin gluten, ya que unos se iban echando las culpas a los otros sobre quien tenía que ayudarme para saber lo que no contenía gluten. La cerveza sin gluten no entraba en el todo incluido, tenia que pagarla aparte. La animación es bastante pobre, ya que empieza a las 21:30 y acaba a las 22:15. Si te toca en las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal, hay un pub a unos 500 m en el que se escucha la música bastante incluso con la puerta cerrada.

Una pasada de hotel todo súper limpio los trabajadores súper amables y atentos, en general una estancia magnífica, la ubicación de el hotel perfecta súper cerca de todo, tenia súpermercado justo debajo del hotel, la playa de el inglés a cuatro pasos y la dunas de maspalomas a 20 minutos andando, las piscinas súper limpias las zonas chill out también, muchissima tranquilidad un pedazo de 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!
