This simple apartment complex is located 300 meters from a variety of shops and 700 meters from the beach. Around 50 meters, there is a public transport stop. This apartment complex was built in 1977 and renovated in 2004, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1,200 m² and has a total of 42 apartments spread over three floors.
