Renovated in 2001, it has four floors with a total of 44 apartments in a garden of about 3,000 m² with a terrace. A lobby with 24-hour reception, lifts, safes and currency exchange. Medical services are also available. The comfortable apartments / studios include en suite bathroom, satellite / cable TV, kitchenette, fridge, lounge and hire safe. The resort features a swimming pool, where guests can enjoy the weather of Lanzarote.
