The apartment complex is situated very close to the Fariones Sport Centre and the shopping area of Puerto del Carmen. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are a 5-minute walk, and the nearest public transportation is only 50 m away. This wonderful apartment complex with vast gardens is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and sun of Lanzarote. The 2-storey building, painted green and white, is built in traditional architectural style of the island. It has 68 apartments and 12 studios, 24-hour reception, lounge, cafe, bar and restaurant. It also offers other services such as currency exchange, safe, laundry service (charges apply) and bicycle rental (charges). Each apartment is fully equipped with a double bed, direct dial telephone, TV, ironing set, safe, balcony / terrace and kitchen with refrigerator and coffee / tea makers. Relax in the pool, which has loungers and parasols (fees apply) and a bar. Guests can also enjoy activities such as banana boating, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, catamaran sailing, pedal boating, cycling and billiards. The nearest golf course is 27 km.
