The room floor was in poor condition; the parquet planks were coming loose. The restaurant service was terrible; they either didn't replenish the food or took ages to do so—for example, there was no bread for over 10 minutes during breakfast. They suddenly raised the price of drinks by 70 cents overnight, and when we mentioned it, they denied it. They charge €2.50 for tap water, even though other hotels provide it for free. The waiters were generally inattentive and unfriendly. Todo fatal ,habitaciones sucias y armarios rotos.

Eramos 7 personas y cada una hemos hecho la respectiva reclamación interna y lo vamos a llevar a la OCU.porque nos parece inaceptable que con lo que hemos pagado no hayamos podido estar a gusto.
Otra observación es que las habitaciones nos las dieron en diferentes plantas. En fin bastante vergonzoso.

La neteja una mica pobre.
El menjar molt repetitiu i de no gaire qualitat. Moltissima gent per la quantitat de menjar. Si arribes una mica tard et quedes sense sopar perque comencen a recollir i treuen el menjar. Molt descontrol al menjador.
