I think that if you look for it well on your own, you find good prices and look for accommodation and flights that suit you. Because also the flights were super late, so much so that they tell you that the holiday is from the 11th to the 16th but you are really from the 12th to the 15th. Total scam, there is no way I will ever get a "deal" again. They made me arrive late to work on the 17th because I had to drive all night from Madrid because apart from the flight leaving late, there was a beastly delay on the part of the airline and then to disembark, it was only by the front, making everything even slower...
Las habitaciones no tienen enchufes casi, en nuestro caso el secador no funcionaba, se nota que el hotel es muy viejo… Apenas salía agua de la ducha, la comida es cierto que mala no está, pero si no llegas temprano hay algunas cosas que se secan y se enfrían. Reponían las cosas cada poco tiempo… Tampoco me gustó que las limpiadoras el primer día nos abrieron la puerta, entiendo que como no pusimos el pestillo ni por fuera el cartel de durmiendo pues que tocasen y tal, pero me dió mucho miedo despertarme al escuchar la puerta abrirse… Considero que si te lo buscas bien por tu cuenta, encuentras buenos precios y buscas alojamiento y vuelos que se adapten a ti. Porque además los vuelos fueron super tardes, tanto que te dicen que el viaje es del 11 al 16 pero realmente estás desde el 12 hasta el 15. Encima te enteras de los vuelos una semana antes. Estafa total, ni de coña vuelvo a pillar un “ chollo “. Me hicieron llegar hasta tarde el día 17 al trabajo porque tuve que conducir toda la noche desde Madrid porque a parte de que el vuelo salía tarde, hubo un retraso por parte de la aerolínea bestial y luego para desembarcar, era solo por la parte delantera, haciendo todo más lento aún…

My experience at this hotel was not satisfactory for several reasons. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, and at no time during the stay were the sheets changed, something I consider essential. In addition, the dinner schedule was too early, not well adapted to a more flexible pace of holiday.
Another aspect I did not like was the shower gel dispenser, which was very complicated to use and hardly any soap came out. I also requested a double bed well in advance, but on arrival we were given two singles with no solution offered.
Finally, I was negatively surprised that the bathroom did not have a toilet brush, something basic to maintain hygiene.
In short, I would not repeat the experience in this hotel, as there are several basic aspects that should be improved.

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria por varios motivos. La limpieza de las habitaciones dejaba bastante que desear, y en ningún momento durante la estancia se cambiaron las sábanas, algo que considero fundamental. Además, el horario de las cenas era demasiado temprano, poco adaptado a un ritmo más flexible de vacaciones.
Otro aspecto que no me gustó fue el dispensador de gel de ducha, que resultaba muy complicado de usar y apenas salía jabón. También solicité con mucha antelación una cama doble, pero al llegar nos dieron dos individuales sin ofrecer ninguna solución al respecto.
Por último, me sorprendió negativamente que el baño no tuviera escobilla, algo básico para mantener la higiene.
En resumen, no repetiría la experiencia en este hotel, ya que hay varios aspectos básicos que deberían mejorar.

I have found it to be a great place to spend a few days on holiday and sightseeing, it is well located to see everything on foot and to go out, Puerto de la Cruz is a beautiful place. Si se suma todo lo anterior, el chollo, no es tanto chollo. Trae más cuenta ir al Corte Inglés, o a Halcón Viajes, que te lo dan todo incluido, aunque haya que pagar un poco más.
