Lamentable que nos entreguen una habitación a las 7 de la tarde sin estar limpia y dejando ver al cliente la suciedad y desastre del cliente anterior. Intentaron limpiar la habitación en 10 minutos incluido el baño....algo totalmente antihigiénico. Intentamos solicitar una solución adecuada y nos colgaban el teléfono, se pasaban el marrón de unos a otros, y hasta que no les amenazas con poner reclamaciones no te dan soluciones. En la comida había cosas caducadas, y te restringen el acceso a última hora sin dejarte la opción de elegir la hora de ir a cenar. En conclusión lamentable. No volveremos.
