Overall the stay was great. They put us in a superior room due to lack of availability, and they also give you towels for the pool which can be changed once a day. In the room, they leave a bottle of water per person which can be changed once a day as well, along with a kettle with instant coffee and infusions. It is a very quiet hotel. The gym was quite good and new.
En general la estancia ha sido genial. Nos pusieron en una habitación superior por falta de disponibilidad, además, te dan toallas para la piscina que pueden ser cambiadas una vez al día. En la habitación, dejan un agua por persona que puede ser cambiada una vez al día tambien, junto con un hervidor con café soluble e infusiones. Se trata de un hotel muy tranquilo. El gimnasio estaba bastante bien y nuevo
The food was of a good quality compared to other hotels but it would add a bit of variety, even in the snacks that were like pintxos it would add a bit more. On the other hand, the pool was great but the floor was lifting in some areas. We missed the entertainment as it was non-existent, except for the evening shows, which were of low quality. However, we would have liked it to have a spa or jacuzzi and an Olympic bar in the gym.
La comida tenía calidad en comparación de otros hoteles pero añadiría un poco de variedad, incluso en los snack que eran tipo pinchos añadiría algo más. Por otro lado, la piscina era genial pero el suelo estaba levantando por algunas zonas. Nos faltó animación ya que era nula, excepto por los espectáculos de por la noche, que eran de baja calidad.
Sin embargo, nos hubiera gustado que tuviera spa o jacuzzi y en el gimnasio una barra olímpica.

It has been great. From the moment we arrived the treatment of the reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, kitchen, or any other staff was always pleasant, cordial and charming. Everyone greeted you with a good face and manners and were polite and friendly. They helped you with everything in their power. As for the facilities, the hotel in general looks old, yet it is elegantly decorated, it looks open, bright and clean, it is very good. The rooms, you can also notice that they have been renovated, and although I missed that in the showers there was gel and shampoo of these that are anchored to the wall, if you stay for a long time not having to carry it, it is nothing serious because they leave you a few small bottles of welcome. The rest of the room was very good. We had a terrace, sofa, TV, desk, kettle with free coffee and tea, fridge, safe ... the usual. Also, on the bedside table there was a lamp on each side, and as an extra there were directional lights that you could put as you wanted on each side of the bed, which was very comfortable for reading. The bedding was great. Very comfortable, cozy and clean. We asked for two extra pillows because we thought they were a little low and they were happy to provide them. The views were incredible, and the air conditioning was a highlight. The food service is buffet for the three main meals. There is a huge variety, everything is delicious and there is always a cook preparing things as soon as you ask for them (meat or fish on the grill for lunch and dinner, and fried eggs or French omelette for breakfast), which is fabulous, since the cook we saw several times cooked great and was super nice, as well as the young guy, who although he had been there for 20 days, made delicious steaks and was very nice. The hotel bar and the pool bar in the same line, all very neat, friendly staff and shows that enliven your stay. The pool is very clean, at a good temperature, comfortable and super relaxing. A paradise. I will definitely repeat the experience, but maybe trying the lower rooms with their own pool.
Ha estado genial. Desde que llegamos el trato del personal de recepción, limpieza, mantenimiento, restauración, cocina, o cualquiera que te encontrases siempre era agradable, cordial y encantador. Todo el mundo te saludaba, con buena cara y formas y eran educados y amables. Te ayudaban con todo lo que estuviese en su mano. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el hotel en general se ve que tiene años, aun así está decorado elegantemente, se ve diáfano, luminoso y limpio, está muy bien. Las habitaciones, también se nota que han sido reformadas, y aunque he echado en falta que en las duchas hubiese gel y champú de estos que se anclan a la pared, por si te quedas bastante tiempo no tener que llevarlo, tampoco es nada grave ya que te dejan unos botecitos pequeños de bienvenida. El resto de la habitación muy bien. Teníamos terracita, sofá, tele, escritorio, un hervidor de agua con cafés e infusiones gratis, la neverita, la caja fuerte... lo normal. Además, en la mesilla había una lampara a cada lado, y de extra había unas luces direccionales que podías poner como quisieras a cada lado de la cama, la cual para leer era muy cómoda. La ropa de cama genial. Muy confortable, acogedora y limpia. Pedimos dos almohadas extras porque nos parecían un poco bajas y nos las facilitaron encantados. Las vistas increíbles, y el aire acondicionado, un puntazo. El servicio de comidas es de buffet en las tres comidas principales. Hay una enorme variedad, todo delicioso y además siempre hay un cocinero preparando cosas en cuanto las pides (carnes o pescados en la plancha en comidas y cenas, y huevos fritos o tortilla francesa en los desayunos), lo cual es fabuloso, ya que además la cocinera que vimos varias veces cocinaba genial y era super simpática, así como el chico jovencito, que aunque llevaba 20 días hacia unos filetes deliciosos y era muy agradable. El bar del hotel y el de la piscina en la misma línea, todo muy cuidado, personal agradable y espectáculos que te amenizan la estancia. La piscina muy limpia, a buena temperatura, cómoda y super relajante. Un paraíso. Sin duda repetiré la experiencia, aunque igual probando las habitaciones inferiores con piscina propia.
Besides the fact that it would be nice if instead of giving a few small welcome bottles there was a gel and shampoo anchored, bigger for people who stay longer, it would be nice to extend the pool hours. Being a hotel without children I missed being able to get up and swim, or at 7 or 8 in the evening when it is still hot. It would also be nice to have more Balinese beds in the pool, as they fill up quickly. Apart from these suggestions, what I really disliked was that despite going all inclusive, I didn't have the option of having a Nestee, Lipton or something similar. At the pool I could have a free mojito or Coke, with the all-inclusive, but I paid for the Lipton, which is a bit ugly since it is not something so rare, which is already in the drink dispensers at Burger, Domino's... But hey, it's just stuff, overall fantastic.
A parte de que estaría bien que en lugar de dar unos botecitos de bienvenida hubiese un gel y champú anclados, mas grandes para gente que se queda más tiempo, estaría bien ampliar el horario de la piscina. Al ser un hotel sin niños eché en falta poder levantarte y bañarte, o a las 7 u 8 de la tarde que aún hace calor. También estarían bien más camas balinesas en la piscina, ya que se llenan enseguida. Aparte de estas sugerencias, lo que sí me disgustó bastante es que a pesar de ir con todo incluido, no tenía la opción de tomarme un Nestee, Lipton o algo similar. En la piscina podía tomarme un mojito o Coca-Cola gratis, con el todo incluido, pero el Lipton lo pagué, lo que queda un poco feo ya que no es algo tan raro, que ya está en los dispensadores de bebidas del Burger, Domino´s... Pero bueno, son cosas, en general fantástico.

Everything was very good. When we arrived they did not have our reservation registered due to Internet connection problems but, as soon as we showed them our reservation, they attended us very well. We had booked a standard double room and they gave us a room with a terrace with access to the pool and hotel bar, which I think was superior to the one we had booked. The facilities were located close to the beach, in good condition, although they were still renovating some areas of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and pleasant throughout the stay. The hotel entertainment organized activities every day. The buffet food was good. The value for money was very good.
Todo ha estado muy bien. Al llegar no tenían nuestra reserva registrada por problemas de conexión a Internet pero, nada más enseñarles nuestra reserva, nos atendieron fenomenal. Teníamos contratada una habitación doble estándar y nos dieron una habitación con terraza con acceso a la piscina y bar del hotel, que creo que era superior a la contratada. Las instalaciones estaban ubicadas cerca de la playa, en buen estado de conservación, aunque seguían renovando algunas zonas del hotel. El personal fue muy atento y agradable durante toda la estancia. La animación del hotel organizaba actividades todos los días. La comida del bufet estaba bien. La relación calidad-precio fue muy buena.
The only downside is that the pillow was a bit low.
La única pega es que la almohada era un poco baja.

Ubicación excelente, comida buena y con variedad (sobre todo desayunos) e instalaciones bastantes aceptables.
Todo ha estado bastante bien, quizá sólo como crítica constructiva estaría genial que incrementaran un poco el horario del bar piscina (cierra a las 18 h) aunque abren otro sólo una planta más arriba, mejoraran el gimnasio (dos o tres máquinas rotas) y la animación nocturna.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie... La “cama supletoria” para mi hija de 3 años era un sofá-cama de muelles sobre salidos, lo comuniqué en dirección y la solución que me dieron fue una colchoneta encima del colchón de muelles que hasta pinchaban... aparte de todo eso me negué a que mi hija durmiese ahí porque encima no paraban de salir hormigas por todos lados.
En los 5 días que estuvimos no tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de la piscina ya que no había tumbonas disponibles, desde las 7 de la mañana tenían toallas de personas que se la reservaban ellos mismos... de vergüenza!!!!!!
Y de la comida ni hablemos...
El peor hotel que he ido en mi vida, no sé cómo está abierto porque como vayan los de sanidad...
