This good-value-for-money apartment complex is ideally located in Gran Canaria, a few meters from Las Canteras beach, one of the most beautiful urban beaches in Spain, more than 4 km long and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

5.2 Laion Travelled with friends Booked on Amimir.com December 2025 Average Very friendly staff (we asked for a microwave and a hairdryer and they let us have them without any problem), wifi works correctly, location and that's it.

Personal muy amable (les pedimos un microondas y un secador y nos los dejaron sin problema), wifi funciona correctamente, ubicación y ya..

The facilities, in general, need a complete overhaul. There's a lot of noise both inside and outside; you can hear everything from the next room. The toilet is practically inaccessible as it's right next to the bathtub. There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer. There's no extractor fan in the kitchen, nor a window, just a vent from the interior courtyard through which unpleasant smells enter. The TV is poorly mounted, held up by cable ties and about to fall to the floor, and it's small. The mattresses were sagging. The elevators and the entire building in general haven't been updated in ages. It's impossible to park in that area of Las Palmas! Finding a car park spot is a nightmare and a lottery, even if you pay! The car park (check rates at reception) zone only allows a maximum of two hours on the same street. The city council should find quick solutions for this apartment in this area, both for tourists and residents, because without car park, you can't shop or live your life in general. I would highlight this as one of the worst things about the area. Making life easier for a dignified coexistence.

Instalaciones, en general todo, necesitan un lavado de cara total. Mucho ruido exterior e interior, se olle todo de las habitaciones de al lado. En el WC apenas se entra ya que está totalmente pegado a la bañera. No hay enchufe en el baño para un secador. No hay campana extractora en la cocina ni ventana, solo una rejilla del patio interior por donde entran malos olores. La TV está mal colocada, sujeta por bridas a punto de caer al suelo y es pequeña. Los colchones se hundian. Los ascensores y todo el edificio en general está sin modificar desde el año de Mariantoñeta. NO HAY QUIEN APARQUE EN ESA ZONA DE LAS PALMAS!!, ES UNA LOCURA Y UNA LOTERÍA ENCONTRAR APARCAMIENTO, NI PAGANDO!!. La zona azul sólo permite aparcar un máximo de 2 horas en la misma calle. El ayto. debería buscar soluciones rápidas al apartamento en ésta zona tanto para turistas como para ciudadanos, ya que sino hay donde aparcar tampoco se puede comprar ni hacer vida en general. Destacaría esto como una de las peores cosas de la zona. Facilitar la vida para una convivencia digna.
