Alberto, the waiter at the restaurant, was very helpful. The pool water was nice and warm, which was great for November.

The view from the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly.
They sell themselves as having a vegan menu with vegan dishes but they don't bring even one dish as it comes in the description of the menu, or something is missing or the vegan protein is replaced with tofu (example of the burrito or pasta bolognese). They say they have 3 or 4 types of vegan burgers, when they really only have one.
The cleaning was very fast and superficial.
The distance from the hotel to the nearest beach is 3km.
There is a bus that takes you to the beach for free in the morning, but after 12h30 there is no more bus. Lunch is from 13h30 until 15h...so after lunch if you want to go to the beach you have to find your own transport or walk.... The bus from the city is very bad, it doesn't come at the time it says on Google maps. So it is better to take a cab. It costs about 7 euros approx the cab ride from the hotel to the nearest beach.
Las vistas de la habitación muy bonitas. El personal muy amable.
Se venden como que tienen una carta vegana con platos veganos pero No traen ni un plato tal como viene en la descripción de la carta, o le falta algo o la proteina vegana la reemplazan con tofu (ejemplo del burrito o de la pasta bolognesa) . Dicen que tienen 3 o 4 tipos de hamburguesas veganas, cuando realmente tienen solamente una.
La limpieza se hacía muy rápido y superficial.
La distancia del hotel hasta la playa mas cercana es de 3km.
Hay Un bus que te lleva a la playa gratis por la mañana, pero después de las 12h30 ya no hay bus. La comida es de 13h30 hasta la 15h...así que después de la comida si quieres ir a la playa tienes que buscar tu un medio de transporte o ir andando.. El bus de la ciudad pasa muy mal, no viene a la hora que te dice en Google maps. Así que mejor en taxi. Cuesta unos 7 euros aprox el viaje en taxi del hotel a la playa más cercana.

Everything was perfect at the hotel.

El hotel queda alejado pero tiene un servicio muy bueno de bus gratuito que te lleva a la playa de Maspalomas con 5 idas por la mañana y otras tantas de recogida pir la tarde. El chofer muy amable y te facilitaba cualquier infornación que le solicitabas

In the five days I was at the pool they did Aquagym and I didn't change the songs a single day, they used the same 4 songs with the same dances and the same 3 jokes that the guy made, it was very monotonous and what was really nice the first day became very boring the rest of the days, it would be good to change the activities daily.

El hotel está muy retirado de la zona del centro como en una colina y no hay nada de ambiente hay un supermercado cerca y una farmacia, desde el autobus que te trae del aeropuerto debes coger un taxi por que el camino hacia el hotel para subir la colina con las maletas cero recomendable, lo mejor para poder visitar la isla es alquilar un coche queda todo bastante retirado y perdimos mucho tiempo cogiendo guaguas, pasan cada hora pero no siempre se cumple como pierdas un bus al no saber los horarios seguros tienes que esperar otra hora al proximo, el hotel tiene un horario de bus para bajarte a la playa pero deberian ampliarlo a las 12,30 es el ultimo que baja asi que por la tarde o te pagas un taxi o andas mas de 1hora, y el ultimo que te sube a las 17.30 , la comida es normalita hay de todo pero la calidad media/baja, la animación pesima deben actualizar la música el aquagym y no hacer 20 minutos la gente lo disfrura y se hace corto, la animacion nocturna empieza a las 9.15 que hay mucha gente cenando y habia noches que a las 22 terminaba y ya no habia nada mas, el todo incluido termina cuan la animacion y luego hay que pagar la consumicion, la bebida no es de lo mejor..pero...el lipton tiene un gusto y un color horrible, el mojito y piña colada no puede ser sin alcohol y no esta muy bueno, las actuaciones muy muy flojas una de las noches cantaba una chica y la gente empezó a irse y quedamos 4 gatos por respeto a la chica , cantaba bien pero canciones muy malas la gente se aburria mucho es un hotel de batalla pero aun asi con buena actitud todo es superable, el buffet de la piscina muy bien desde las 10 de la mañana a las 17 funcionando
