We had read bad comments about the food and were surprised by the opposite. The food was varied, good and well cooked. We always found the hotel and the room clean and comfortable. Very well located both to go to the beach and to take the bus for excursions and transport in Mallorca. From our room located on the sixth floor we had beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains, sunset on one side and sunrise on the other. No complaints at all.
Habíamos leído malos comentarios sobre la comida y nos sorprendimos por lo contrario. Comida variada, buena y bien cocinada. El hotel y la habitación siempre lo encontramos limpio y confortable. Muy bien ubicado tanto para ir a la playa como para tomar el bus de excursiones y del transporte de Mallorca. Desde nuestra habitación ubicada en la sexta planta tuvimos unas preciosas vistas tanto al mar como a la montaña, al atardecer por un lado y al amanecer por otro. No hubo queja de nada.

El "todo incluido" es falso. Los horarios del bufet estan muy mal hechos, por ejemplo, al mediodia solo teniamos 30 minutos para comer (14:30-15:00) y por la noche solo se podia comer hasta las 9:15!!! It is a normal hotel, very good value for money with the chosen offer. The staff very attentive, cleanliness without any problem, animation that you can see that they have worked behind to satisfy the guests. The junior suite is comfortable, renovated and the terrace is very large. The swimming pool is large and uncrowded. The COVID regulations are quite well respected.

El personal muy atento, limpieza sin ningún problema, animación que se nota que han trabajado detrás para satisfacer a los huéspedes. La junior suite es confortable , reformada y la terraza muy grande. La piscina grande y sin aglomeraciones. La normativa COVID se respeta bastante bien.
For a few details, it could have been a perfect stay. On the one hand, the food was not bad but it lacks a bit of variety. There is a problem of ants, especially on the drinks table, that can't be like that. The bed cushions need to be renewed, some towels have holes. The air conditioning works halfway. These are details that if taken care of, it could be a 4 star hotel.
Por unos pocos detalles, podría haber sido una estancia perfecta. Por un lado, la comida no estaba mal pero falta un poco de variedad. Hay un problema de hormigas, sobretodo en la mesa de las bebidas, eso no puede estar así. Los cojines de las camas hay que renovarlos, algunas toallas tienen agujeros. El aire acondicionado funciona a medias. Son detalles que de ser cuidados, podría ser un 4 estrellas.
