I don't mind Wi-Fi, but not having a network connection in the room is quite worrying, especially in an emergency.

Hotel located right on the beach.
Out of town, so quite quiet.
Hotel situé en bordure de plage.
Hors de la ville donc assez calme.
No car park reserved for guests, everyone parks between the hotel and the apartment section.
No deckchairs reserved for hotel guests at the beach, so guests pay 9€ for 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol.
Average restaurant, always the same meals (including starter and dessert).
In the bungalow where we stayed, we woke up at 6.45 a.m. because the cleaning service was starting! Multiple 4-wheeled carts start rolling down every floor. The wheels on the tiles make a noise that makes sleeping in impossible.
Room without soundproofing.
Pas de parking reservé aux hotes, tout le monde vient se garer entre l'hotel et la section appartement.
Pas de transat réservé pour les clients de l'hotel à la plage donc payant 9€ pour 2 transat et 1 parasol.
Restaurant moyen, toujours les memes repas ( ainsi que entrée et dessert).
Coté bungalow ou nous avons logé, réveil collectif est à 6 h45 car le service de nettoyage commence! En effet les multiples chariots a 4 roues commencent a défiler a tous les étages. Les roulettes sur les carrelages font un bruit ou il n'est plus possible de faire une grasse matinée.
Chambre sans insonorisation.

The location for visiting the north of the island is perfect. We had a family room and it was great. With small children we would appreciate more space and it was very close to the park and the kids' club. The pool was also very good. Although it seems that the distances from one place to another are very long, everything is very close!
La situación para visitar el norte de la isla es perfecta. Nos dieron una habitación familiar y estuvimos muy bien, con niños pequeños se agradece más espacio y muy cerca del parque i el club infantil. La piscina también estaba muy bien.
Aunque parece que las distancias de un sitio a otro son muy largas, esta todo muy cerca!
Overall, everything is a bit dated, but it's fine. What needs to be improved is the wifi, which should be available throughout the complex, not just in the main areas.
En general es todo un poco antiguo, pero se está bien. Lo que se tendría que mejorar es el tema del wifi, debería haber por todo el complejo, no sólo en las zonas comunes.

It needs renovations, inside it is very old, torn curtains, paint that falls off in pieces... very outdated rooms... I expected more from a Riu... and too much guiriland, it was very full despite it not being high season.In The restaurant never has tables ready, I always had to go ask them for cutlery... and when you get up to look for something they will take your plate away...
Necesita reformas, por dentro está muy viejo, cortinas rotas,pintura que se cae a trozos...habitaciones muy anticuadas...esperaba más de un Riu...y demasiado guirilandia, estaba llenísimo a pesar de no ser temporada alta.En el restaurante nunca tienen mesas preparadas,siempre tenía que ir a pedirles los cubiertos...y eso q como te levantes a buscar algo ya te quitaban el plato...

I am from Las Palmas, we have been during Holy Week, the weather was a bit average, but I didn't mind, everything was very good and especially the hotel employees, especially Gema at the reception, Luis at the pool bar and the guy at the Best mojitos I've ever had. I'm sure I'll repeat it not too late. Everything Spectacular.
Soy de las Palmas, hemos estado en Semana santa, el tiempo estaba un poco regular, pero no me importó, todo estuvo muyy bien y sobre todo los empleados del hotel en especial a Gema de recepción a Luis del bar piscina y al chico de los mejores mojitos k he bebido. Seguro k repetiré no muy tarde. Todo Espectacular.

Great location. Very kind staff. Entertainment-animation present and non-invasive. Great shows in the evening. Good food with 2 buffet restaurants and 2 themed restaurants by booking. Spectacular dune view. Huge beach for long walks. Bus stop near the hotel. The pools are beautiful. Well-kept gardens. Excellent value for money.
Posizione ottima. Personale gentilissimo.
Intrattenimento-animazione presente e non invasiva.
Ottimi spettacoli la sera.
Cibo buono con 2 ristoranti a buffet e 2 a tema su prenotazione.
Vista dune spettacolare.
Spiaggia immensa per lunghe passeggiate.
Fermata Bus vicino all'hotel.
Belle le piscine.
Giardini curati.
Rapporto qualità- prezzo ottimo.
Maintenance of bedrooms and main areas to be improved with a little modernization (although everything was working). Cleaning plates and glasses would require more attention.
Manutenzione camere e aree comuni da migliorare con un po' di ammodernamento (anche se era tutto funzionante).
Pulizia piatti e bicchieri richiederebbe più attenzione.
