Complete apartments, although with some shortcomings.

A very negative experience. Constant noise late at night made it impossible to sleep. The hotel didn't take any action on its own; I had to call them to get them to intervene. The problem dragged on longer than is acceptable for accommodation of this standard. My family and I were looking to rest, and that was the last thing we got. I have proof of what happened. The hot water runs out extremely quickly. If there are four of you, like there were, you had to shower quickly, and the other option is to wait an hour for the next shower. The food was mediocre, to say the least. Not recommended if you're looking for rest.
Estancia muy negativa.
Ruido constante a altas horas de la noche que impidió descansar. El hotel no actuó por iniciativa propia, tuve que llamar yo para que intervinieran.
El problema se prolongó más de lo aceptable para un alojamiento de este nivel.
Mi familia y yo buscábamos descansar y fue lo que menos hicimos.
Dispongo de pruebas de lo ocurrido.
El agua caliente se agota rapidísimo. Si sois 4 como nosotros, nos tuvimos que bañar rápido y otra opción es esperar una hora para el siguiente baño.
La comida regular, por no decir mala.
No recomendable si se busca descanso.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could need. It has all the appliances you could want. The location is beautiful. The price was excellent for the size of the apartment.

I wasn't informed that the pool was open; the booking stated it was open in summer. I found out too late and couldn't enjoy it. They said it closed at 7:00 PM, but by 9:30 PM I saw foreigners having a party, shouting and swimming. In the two days I was there, an alarm went off twice and took a long time to stop. The beeping was unbearable at 11:00 PM. You need a car to stay here because there's nothing around, and the shop is tiny with only a few essentials. If you need to go to the supermarket, it's impossible because there's no public transport; you're completely isolated. This type of accommodation is only for people who play golf and have money. The apartment lacked basic necessities (oil, salt, dish soap, toothbrush). At least it could have had dish soap.
No me informaron de que la piscina estaba abierta, en la reserva ponia que abria en verano. Me enteré tarde y no pude disfrutarla, dijeron que cerraban alas 19:00 y a las 21:30 vi a extranjeros haciendo una fiesta dando voces y bañandose. En dos dias que estuve, sonó una alarma dos veces y tardó mucho rato en parar. El pitido era insoportable a las 23:00. El sitio es para tener coche porque no tienes nada alrededor, y la tienda es muy pequeña con solo 4 cosillas. Si necesitas ir al supermercado es imposible porque no hay transporte público, estás aislado. Este tipo de alojamiento es solamente para gente que juega al golf y tiene dinero. El apartamento no tiene nada básico (aceite, sal, jabon para los platos, cepillo de dientes). Al menos el jabon para lavar los platos podria haberlo tenido.

The hot water was a real problem. After arriving from a very long flight, I really wanted a nice hot bath. I put cream in my hair, but when I wanted to rinse it out, there was no hot water. At 1 a.m., I was rinsing with freezing water, and my partner couldn't even shower afterward. I dried off and had to put on my coat because it was so cold; we didn't even have blankets. The breakfast buffet is in a building that took us ages to find. The apartment smelled awful.

We were in Estepona on Saturday and Sunday and decided to stay at these apartments. I have to say that the apartments themselves are super spacious, the furniture is in very good condition and very well-equipped, the views are incredible, and you can feel the tranquility. The breakfast is adequate and varied. I don't understand some of the negative comments, nor can I give much of an opinion because we only stayed one night and only had breakfast. From my point of view, the fact that it's so far from everything is a real disadvantage. Getting to the hotel takes a rather unpleasant road, but I think it's a pretty good place for a weekend.
Hemos estado sabado y domingo en Estepona y decidimos alojarnos en estos Apartamentos y he de decir que los apartamentos en si son super amplios, el mobiliario esta en muy buen estado y muy completo, las vistas son increíbles y se respira tranquilidad.
El desayuno correcto con variedad.No entiendo algunos comentarios malos, tampoco puedo opinar mucho porque solo estuvimos una noche y con desayuno solo.
Desde mi punto de vista le perjudica mucho el estar tan alejado de todo, para llegar al hotel es por un camino un poco feo pero yo creo que esta bastante bien el sitio para un fin de semana.

In high season it cannot be done but it would make the customer dizzy and make them wait an hour for them to open the door... I definitely will not return.
Y negativo muchísimas cosas pero lo peor no poder acceder a mí alojamiento ya que las tarjeta de abrir la puerta no funcionaba, cada vez que salía del alojamiento tenía que volver a ir a recepción y esperar que llegara el chico de seguridad para abrir como una espera de 30 min o más y después de tantas molestias pregunto que si hay posibilidades que mañana poder salir algo más tarde que eso en temporada alta no se puede hacer pero si tener mareado al cliente y hacerlos esperar una hora para que le habrán la puerta...desde luego no volveré
