Un super rapport /qualite prix (location de l’appartement et forfaits) imbattables.
Les produits d’accueil
Tout était propre dans l’ensemble.
Nous étions dans un studio pour deux adultes et deux enfants.
Nous devions dormir sur le canapé lit : gros bémol. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des poils de chiens/ou chat. Nous avons donc été retissant à nous coucher dessus et à nous couvrir avec les couvertures .
Un effort devrait être fait sur ce point à l’égard de ceux qui n’ont pas d’animaux .

The bathroom is the only thing that is in adequate condition.

Firstly, the available space is not what one would reasonably expect for four people. The layout is extremely cramped to the point of being uncomfortable and impractical. Upon entering the apartment, access to the bathroom is very limited, as the bed is practically up against a wardrobe, obstructing passage. Furthermore, the wardrobe next to the bed cannot be fully opened because the bed itself blocks it.The overall feeling is that four sleeping berths have been crammed into the apartment without enough actual space for four adults to stay comfortably. This situation is exacerbated by the fact that we were on a ski holiday, which meant bringing bulky luggage and equipment like skis and boots, for which there is no adequate space. Furthermore, we noticed several issues related to cleanliness and maintenance: The living room table is broken (we have already reported this to avoid being held responsible for the damage). There was an ashtray with cigarette butts on the terrace. The coffee maker filter was dirty. One of the main wardrobes is unusable due to lack of space. The apartment does not meet our expectations or a reasonable standard for four people. Regarding ski lockers , I contacted you and was told that you do not offer this service.However, on the landing, just outside the elevator, there is a space marked with the number 22 that appears to be intended for this purpose, although it is closed and unmarked, which causes some confusion. Additionally, I believe it is important to point out that the images published on the website do not accurately represent the accommodation. I understand that it is a complex of apartments and that the photographs may correspond to different units, but in any case, the images convey a sense of spaciousness that does not correspond to the assigned apartment.
En primer lugar, el espacio disponible no se corresponde con lo que razonablemente se espera para una ocupación de cuatro personas. La distribución es extremadamente reducida hasta el punto de resultar incómoda y poco funcional. Nada más entrar al apartamento, el acceso al baño es muy limitado, ya que la cama se encuentra prácticamente pegada a un armario, dificultando el paso. Además, el armario situado junto a la cama no puede abrirse completamente porque la propia cama lo bloquea. La sensación general es que se han encajado cuatro plazas para dormir sin que exista espacio real suficiente para la estancia cómoda de cuatro adultos.
Esta situación se agrava teniendo en cuenta que nos encontramos en un viaje de esquí, lo que implica traer equipaje voluminoso y material como esquís y botas, para los cuales no hay espacio adecuado.
Por otro lado, hemos detectado varios aspectos relacionados con la limpieza y el mantenimiento:
La mesa del salón está rota (ya hemos dejado constancia para evitar que se nos atribuya el daño).
En la terraza había un cenicero con colillas.
El filtro de la cafetera estaba sucio.
Uno de los armarios principales no puede utilizarse correctamente por la falta de espacio.
El apartamento no cumple con las expectativas ni con un estándar razonable para cuatro personas.
En relación con el guardaesquís, contacté con ustedes y la respuesta recibida fue que no disponen de este servicio. No obstante, en el rellano, justo al salir del ascensor, existe un espacio identificado con el número 22 que parece destinado a tal fin, aunque se encuentra cerrado y sin indicación alguna, lo que genera cierta confusión.
Adicionalmente, considero importante señalar que las imágenes publicadas en la web no representan fielmente la realidad del alojamiento. Entiendo que se trate de un conjunto de apartamentos y que las fotografías puedan corresponder a distintas unidades, pero en cualquier caso, las imágenes transmiten una sensación de amplitud que no se corresponde con el apartamento asignado.

Disappointing
The location was excellent.
La ubicación era excelente.
The booking was for four people, but upon arrival, we found only three sets of towels and two glasses in the kitchen (for all four of us). After asking, they provided new towels and glasses. The sofa bed was completely wrecked (wooden slats ripped out and metal parts unwelded). They replaced it the next day, but the first night we had to sleep on an inflatable mattress we had brought just in case. The wooden table had a broken leg, the pots and pans had food scraps on them, the hot water heater didn't work properly and leaked onto the kitchen counter. In the bathroom, the shower screen had been ripped off and was leaning against a living room wall; in its place, there was a curtain draped over the original shower screen rails. The shower hose was broken and had sharp edges, as did the shower drain. Cold air blew in through the windows, and we could hear cars and people. Frankly, as skiers who have been using Esquiades for several years, we were not expecting this kind of accommodation. It's the most expensive and worst maintained apartment we've ever stayed in.
La reserva era para 4 personas, al llegar nos encontramos solo con 3 juegos de toallas y 2 vasos en la cocina (para las 4 personas). Al reclamarlo nos entregaron nuevas toallas y vasos.
El sofá cama estaba completamente destrozado (maderas arrancadas y hierros desoldados). Nos lo cambiaron al día siguiente, pero la primera noche nos tocó dormir en un colchón hinchable que llevábamos por si acaso.
La mesa de madera tenía una pata rota, las cacerolas tenían restos de comida, el termo de agua caliente no calentaba correctamente y goteaba encima de la encimera de la cocina.
En el baño la mampara de la ducha estaba arrancada y la habían dejado apoyada en una pared de salón, en su lugar había una cortina sobrepuesta sobre los railes originales de dicha mampara. La manguera de la ducha estaba rota y tenía cantos cortantes al igual que el sumidero de la ducha.
Por las ventanas entraba aire frío de la calle y se escuchaban los coches y las personas.
La verdad, siendo usuarios de esquiades desde hace varios años, no nos esperábamos este alojamiento. Es el apartamento más caro y peor conservado en el que nos hemos alojado.

Very good value for money, considering that it is directly on the slopes and in 2 minutes you are at the ski lift. The room is very good and very complete.

There is no WIFI, I think it is a very big mistake being in Andorra, I informed the staff as soon as I arrived and they did not solve it for me in the three days we were there, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
