A fantastic hotel that I recommend to everyone. I really don't know why those who complain do it! The strong point is the location, really top top top because you will be a stone's throw from the center and the embarkations for Formentera. At the reception you can buy tickets for the ferry that in 30 minutes will take you to this splendid island. Ask in advance to reserve one of the few available car park spaces because street car park is free only on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. During the week car park is limited (120 minutes) and therefore you will have to go and park in one of the white car park lots a little far from the hotel. For those who can spend, you can use the car park (check rates at reception) behind the hotel at a daily rate of 39 euros. Spacious, elegant and clean rooms equipped with dispensers in the shower, soap and a nice large classic hairdryer (not wall-mounted). Bring a shower cap and personalized products with you if you are used to using them. The reception staff are kind and make an effort to speak Italian. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. This hotel has all the credentials to make the difference in Ibiza. TOP!

Chi si lamenta non so davvero perché lo fa!
Punto di forza è la posizione, davvero top top top perché sarete a due passi dal centro e dagli imbarchi per Formentera.
In reception potrete fare i ticket per il traghetto che in 30 minuti vi porterà su questa splendida Isola.
Chiedete in anticipo di riservarvi uno dei pochi posti auto disponibili perché il parcheggio in strada è gratuito soltanto il sabato pomeriggio e la domenica. In settimana la sosta è limitata(120minuti) e perciò dovrete andare a parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi bianchi un po' distanti dall' hotel.
Per chi può spendere potrete usufruire del parcheggio a pagamento alle spalle dell' hotel ad una tariffa giornaliera di 39 euro.
Stanze spaziose, eleganti e pulite fornite di dispenser in doccia,saponette ed un bel phon classico grande (no parete).
Portate con voi cuffia doccia e prodotti personalizzati se siete abituati ad usarli.
Personale alla reception gentile e si sforza di parlare italiano.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante .
Questo hotel ha tutte le carte in regola per fare la differenza ad Ibiza.

Food at the pool is not sold all day. Rooms are not cleaned after 2:30pm and for those who get up very late, it is a handicap. And in Ibiza....we get up very late because we go to bed very late!!!
La nourriture à la piscine ne se vend pas toute la journée. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées après 14h30 or, pour ceux qui se levent très tard, c'est handicapant. Et à Ibiza....on se lève très tard car on se couche très tard!!!
