The half-board service offered by the hotel and Amimir was disastrous! It turns out that dinner was at another hotel located a "considerable" distance away, no matter what you say. Had I known, I would NOT have stayed at that hotel. And neither the hotel nor Amimir offered me a solution or resolved my request to change to the other hotel in the chain. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH AMIMIR AGAIN. And they had been highly recommended to me. It's a shame, because they are from Reus, Tarragona, my hometown.
El servicio de Media pensión que ofertaba el Hotel y Amimir, desastroso!!! Resulta que la cena era en otro hotel situado a una distancia “considerable” digan lo que digan Ustedes. De haberlo sabido NO me hubiera alojado en dicho hotel. Y ni el hotel ni mucho menos Amimir, me dieron solución ni resolvieron mi reclamación de cambiarme al otro hotel de la cadena.
NO VOLVERÉ A RESERVAR CON AMIMIR. Y me lo habían recomendado encarecidamente. Lástima, porque son de Reus-Tarragona. Mi ciudad de origen

The staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and the dinner served at the Exe Prisma Hotel was quite good.

Everything was perfect except for the bathroom heating which did not work and was not repaired.

The bathroom heating was not working and we contacted them a couple of times to get it fixed but it was not repaired in the 4 nights.

When breakfast was served at 9.30 a.m., there was already too little or, for example, there were no scrambled eggs and, when asked, they said there weren't any and didn't even think it was appropriate to make them.
When we checked out at 12 noon, the cleaning staff tried to put pressure on us with the justification of cleaning at 11.20 a.m., which made the insistent "knocking on the door" annoying.
There were no cups in the rooms for tea, although they did have a kettle for heating water.
Quando o pequeno almoço era tomado as 9h30 já existir pouca quantidade ou como por exemplo já não haver ovos mexidos e quando questionado dizerem que já não havia e nem sequer properam fazer.
Sendo o check out as 12h as empregadas de limpezas tentarem pressionar com a justificação de limpeza as 11h20, tornou se incomodativo o "bater a porta" de forma insistente.
Não existir chávenas nos quartos para chá embora tivessem chaleira para aquecer água.
