We really liked the hotel staff, very friendly and attentive at all times. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom too, it is a very quiet and beautiful area.
Nos ha gustado mucho el personal del hotel, muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el baño también, es una zona muy tranquila y bonita.
We would improve that since there were 4 people, one of them had to sleep on the sofa "bed" which was not very comfortable since it was a bit old. That is the only suggestion we would make, to have a more comfortable sofa bed.
Mejoraríamos que al ir 4 personas una de ellas tuvo que dormir en el sofá "cama" que no era muy cómodo ya que era uno poco viejo, es la única sugerencia que haríamos, tener un sofá cama más comodo.

The only negative, the beds are not comfortable, two single beds, when you go skiing you end up very tired, and if the bed is not good, it is very noticeable. The pillow was not good either. They could improve that aspect and it would be a 10 place.

The concentration of children on a single floor, very noisy since the parents gave them free rein. It is not the hotel's fault, but they should be stricter with these behaviors and prohibit minor children from being left without parental supervision alone in the hotel.
La concentración de niños en una sola planta, muy ruidosos dado que los padres les daban rienda suelta. No es acusable al hotel, pero deberían de ponerse más estrictos con estos comportamientos y prohibir q los niños menores se quedarán sin la supervisión de los padres solos en el hotel.
