Although there were spaces in the covered car park, they did not let us access it and we had to leave the car outside (with a heavy snowfall). There was a problem with the heating in one room and we had to change plans at the last minute. The treatment of one of the managers was not adequate. The value for money is certainly disproportionate, we paid too much for what we were offered.
Aunque había plazas en el párquing cubierto, no nos dejaron acceder a él y tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera (con una gran nevada).
Hubo un problema con la calefacción en una habitación y tuvimos que cambiar de planes a última hora.
El trato de una de las gerentes no fue el adecuado.

We loved the treatment and the hotel is wonderful, collected, intimate, and very very nice staff, very good breakfast and very well disposed. The living room with fantastic fireplace to enjoy relaxing, all great, 100% recommended. Great staff, thank you so much for making the stays so enjoyable.

The bed is huge and very comfortable. It is also just 5 minutes drive from the first ski lift. The woman who takes the reception is a sun and will help you in all that she can. In the shower the hot water was no problem and they had parking for the car for € 5 a night.
La cama, es enorme y muy cómoda. Además está a escasos 5 minutos en coche del primer remonte. La mujer que lleva la recepción es un sol y os ayudará en todo lo que pueda. En la ducha el agua caliente no había problema y tenían parking para el coche por 5€ la noche.
The town in which it is located is narrow and for long cars it can be complicated at first. Make sure you see the road in GPS well and you won't have any problems! The arrival to the parking lot is really simple!
