Does not matter the time you arrive to the hotel you will find a spot for your car. The location is good and very close to slopes (10-12 minutes). The shower was very good.
The walls were so thin that you could here at every moment who was passing by your room. The breakfast's buffet was normal. The lift didn’t work properly. The beds were too uncomfortable. We asked for help because the heater wasn’t working and they didn’t come to fix it.

Close to the ski slopes and cheap. Warm and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Big parking for free. Place to store skies.
WIFI doesnt work at all. If you want to see something on your tablet, or you need to check anything using internet it's impossible. Doesn't connect to any device. Be prepared to use your own data.
Breakfast bad - for the 2 stars hotel suppose to have better and teastier food includding lack of veggies. For people who come for skiing is fine - eggs, bacon, bread, croissants if you fast enough you can get even bananas etc.
Dinner is awful - we ate it just one time and for 15 euros per person (drinks not included) you can eat way better and teastier in the restaurants near hotel for similar price.
Old and small TV (in case you want to watch something).
Rooms should have more sockets. We had 3 including the one in the bathroom.

Es un sitio espectacular.El hotel por el precio esta bien.
El hotel muy dejado,las habitaciones bastante cutres,no nos iba la calefacción y nos trajeron enseguida un calefactor.La tele sin mando,lo pedimos y no había. La comida muy escasa.Había ludoteca para los niños y no nos lo dijeron y eso que preguntamos.No habia jabon ni secador en el baño. Estubimos en verano y la experiencia fue mas satisfactoria.

If you want to experience being back at summer camp and eating like you would in the school cafeteria, then it's fine.

The reception staff were quite rude and ill-mannered, and the rooms were very poorly organized. I think it wouldn't cost anything to have one floor or wing for couples or families and another floor for groups of schoolchildren or friends. Sleeping was impossible until after 1:00 AM due to the noise in the rooms and hallways. As a couple, we were given a room with two bunk beds and two single beds, which we didn't quite understand. When we went to ask the reception staff if there had been a mistake or if there were any smaller rooms, they looked at us with disgust and rudely spat out, "Is there a problem with the room?" In short, if you're looking to rest and be comfortable, this isn't the place. If you're a youth leader or a teacher, then it's the place.
Personal bastante borde y maleducado en recepción, habitaciones muy mal organizadas, creo que no cuesta nada tener una planta o ala para parejas o familias y otra planta para grupos de escolares o amigos, dormir era imposible hasta pasadas las 01:00 horas de la mañana debido al ruido en ha itaciones y pasillos.
Siendo una pareja nos dieron una habitación con dos literas y dos camas individuales, cosa que no entendimos demasiado bien. Al ir a preguntar al personal de recepción si habia habido algún error o si había alguna habitación más pequeña estos nos miraron con cara de asco y con muy mala educación esputaron: "Algún problema con la habitación?".
En resumen si lo que buscas es descansar y estar cómodo no es el sitio, si eres monitor de algun esplai o profe de algun colegio si es el sitio.

llegamos y a mi nombre solo les constaba 1 habitación, el problema no fue del hotel, sino de la reserva de esquiades que puso a nombre diferente las dos habitaciones, una a mi nombre y otra al de mi marido y como la reserva la hice yo, pues solo buscábamos a mi nombre.
We had to leave on Saturday at 5 pm because I had a serious accident on the slopes, and we didn't use the second night, Saturday to Sunday. The rooms were small and had a considerable accumulation of dirt, with cobwebs clearly visible, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning. The shower was particularly uncomfortable: anyone taller than 1.60 m (5'3") could barely get in, and the showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, making it even more difficult to use. The reception experience was equally unsatisfactory. The person who checked us in was unprofessional and discourteous. We were initially told we would be transferred to another hotel; however, upon returning from the slopes, we were informed that no changes could be made because the hotel was full, and the responsibility was shifted to another receptionist. There was a clear lack of internal coordination, as the staff passed the buck without offering a clear solution or taking responsibility for the issue.
Las habitaciones eran pequeñas y presentaban una acumulación considerable de suciedad, con telarañas visibles a simple vista, lo que evidenciaba una falta de mantenimiento y limpieza adecuados. La ducha resultaba especialmente incómoda: cualquier persona que mida más de 1,60 m apenas puede acceder con facilidad, y además no es posible fijar el cabezal, lo que dificulta aún más su uso.
En cuanto a la atención en recepción, la experiencia fue igualmente insatisfactoria. La persona que nos atendió mostró una actitud poco profesional y descortés. The rooms are tiny. Cleanliness is practically nonexistent; both the sheets and blankets were filthy and covered in lint, hair, and other debris. These are unsanitary and unacceptable conditions for any hotel; it's impossible to sleep in a place like this. The toilet was leaking, making it impossible to sleep with the constant running water. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the hallway.

El personal muy amable, las instalaciones muy bien, el agua de la ducha bien caliente, la temperatura genial (incluso demasiado calor por la noche) muy bien ubicado, con supermercado cerca.
La comida esta bien por el precio... pero se podria pensar en algun sistema para que no hubieran tantas mermas, como que nos dieran un menu unos días antes y escoger platos... y así usar mejor los recursos para mejorar en calidad. Estaria bien que el producto fuera de calidad aunque no se pudiera coger todo lo que quisieras....
