The room was very good and so was the pool. The meal and dinner times are extensive

The food is poor quality (they have variety but the taste and quality are very average: overcooked pasta, rice, low-quality meat, fruit was fine, the vegetables weren’t good, etc). The hotel is very dirty for its age (yellowed dirty walls, yellowed sunbeds, chairs with bird droppings for days). The all-inclusive isn’t worth it for what they offer as snacks (bags of crisps) and the soft drinks are refill dispensers, not branded products; the all-inclusive service hours are odd (there are periods when you can’t order anything). The beach next door is inaccessible and there’s nothing nearby. Much better was the one we stayed at last year booked through you in Mojácar.
La comida de mala calidad (tienen variedad pero de sabor y calidad muy regular, la pasta pasada, el arroz, la carne de poca calidad, la fruta bien, la verdura no estaba buena, etc), el hotel es muy sucio para el tiempo que tiene (paredes sucias amarillentas, tumbonas amarillentas, sillas con cagadas de pájaro durante días), el todo incluido no merece la pena lo que ofrecen de snack (bolsas de patatas) y los refrescos son de refill no originales, los horarios del todo incluido son raros (hay periodos de tiempo que no puedes pedir nada), la playa que hay al lado no se puede acceder y no hay nada cerca al lado. Mucho mejor al que fuimos el año pasado contratado con ustedes en Mojácar

The truth is that overall it’s a very good hotel. Quiet and very family-friendly. Plenty of children’s activities from morning until night. All the staff are very nice with children. The rooms are very attractive and all overlook the pools. The beds are extremely comfortable. It’s great to have three pools (a kids’ pool, an intermediate pool and an Olympic pool). The food is excellent. Very varied (different types of meats, fish, vegetables, rice dishes, cold cuts, salads, etc.) and they serve regional dishes from Murcia. Also, the restaurant isn’t very crowded (at least when we went). The meal times are great! Long and more in line with Spanish schedules, which is hard to find in many places. You can go out to see things and be back in time to eat. It’s in a quiet area and, if you have a car, it’s quite close to everything but away from the crowds. Car Park is easy. And the beach, although you can’t swim at the shoreline because of the seaweed, is very pretty. There is a wooden walkway that leads to an area where you can swim.
La verdad es que en general es un hotel que está muy bien. Tranquilo y muy familiar. Con muchas propuestas de animación infantil desde por la mañana hasta por la noche. Todas las monitoras son muy majas con l@s peques. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y todas con vistas a las piscinas. Las camas son comodíssimas. Es genial tener 3 piscinas (para peques, una intermedia y una olímpica. La comida es genial. Muy variada (diferentes tipos carnes, pescados, verdura, arroces, embutidos, ensaladas, etc.) y ponen comida propia de la región de Murcia. Además, en el restaurante no hay mucha aglomeración de gente (al menos cuando fuimos nosotros). ¡El horario de comidas genial! Amplios y más pensado con los horarios españoles, que eso suele ser difícil de ver en muchos sitios. Te permiten ir a ver cosas y volver a tiempo para comer. Está en una zona tranquila y, si vas con coche, está bastante cerca de todo, pero apartado de las multitudes. Se aparca muy bien. Y la playa, aunque no te puedes bañar en la orilla por las algas, es muy bonita. Hay una pasarela de madera que te lleva hasta una zona donde sí te puedes bañar.
If there's one criticism, it would be that a bit more adult entertainment and extra shade around the pools would be welcome.
Por poner alguna pega, quizás estaría bien algo más de animación para adultos y más sombras cerca de las piscinas.
