The location is great. If you have any problems, you can go to the shop downstairs, as that's where the managers are. The apartment was very clean. We found soap, a dishcloth, a scouring pad, and dish soap (which isn't usual...). There were even small bottles of shampoo and a shower cap in the bathroom. The heating was good, perhaps a bit too high, but we asked and were able to adjust it by turning the radiator knobs. The mattresses on both beds were very good.
La ubicación. Cualquier problema puedes acudir a la tienda que está en el bajo ya que ahí están los encargados. Apartamento muy limpio. Nos encontramos jabón, balleta, estropajo y Fairy (no es habitual...). Incluso en el baño había botecitos de champú y gorro de baño. Buena calefacción, quizá muy alta pero preguntamos y girando la rosca de los radiadores podíamos controlarla. Colchones muy buenos en las dos camas.
The sofa bed needs replacing, both for sleeping and sitting. And we're missing some large breakfast mugs.

We didn't have to go to this apartment, they changed it for us, but we accepted. The dishes were dirty, with food residue, the coffee maker doesn't work very well. All the switches in the apartment are broken (it's scary to use them, because you can see all the electrical installations). The staff: non-existent, they didn't know who to talk to and they didn't offer us car park, for which we had to pay a lot (not in the apartment we had chosen). The heating is automatic, but you have to turn it on first (yes you know). If you want wifi you have to connect every time. There was no oil or anything to cook with.
No havíem d'anar a aquesta apartament, ens el van canviar, però vam acceptar. Els plats estaven bruts, amb restes de menjar, la cafetera no va gaire bé. Tots els interruptors de l'apartament estan trencats (fa por fer-los servir, perquè es veu tota instal·lació elèctrica). El personal: inexistent, no sabien amb qui havíem de parlar i no ens van oferir aparcament, per el que vam haver de pagar bastant (en l'apartament que havíem triat no). La calefacció és automàtica, però abans l'has d'engegar (sí saps). Si vols wifi t'has de connectar cada cop. No hi havia ni oli ni res per cuinar.

Perfect location. Downstairs is the ski store. The kitchen and bathroom are great for 2 people. The beds are very comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

The apartment was super good, clean, comfortable and practical. We are super happy for the price we paid. One drawback is that you can't regulate the heating and it was very hot at times, but nothing that can't be solved by wearing short sleeves.

It said that we could check in until 21:00h., we arrived at 8 and there was no one there. I was calling the phone number all day to let them know that one of the group would arrive earlier and they didn't pick up the phone or return my calls. When we went to pay for the rental equipment they wanted to charge us more than the bill, thank goodness we were able to show them the booking, otherwise they charged us almost €40 more.
Ponía que el check in podíamos hacerlo hasta las 21.00h, llegamos a las 8 y allí no había nadie. Estuve todo el día llamando al número de teléfono para avisar de que llegaría uno del grupo antes y ni me cogieron el teléfono ni me devolvieron las llamadas. Cuando fuimos a pagar el material de alquiler nos querían cobrar más de la cuenta, menos mal que pudimos enseñarles la reserva, si no nos cobran casi 40€ de más.
