I would mainly improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. During our stay we encountered spiders and ants, and the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. It would also be advisable to improve the dining options, especially for guests with dietary restrictions, as the available choices are quite limited and the food quality could be better.
Regarding noise, although the accommodation is in an area where some activity is to be expected, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved. The beds are adequate, but they could be a little more comfortable.

The hotel is fine, though it could do with some refurbishment. The pools are rather small for the number of guests. The food is very good and the staff excellent.

The pool steps: the first step is very low and, as I have knee problems, I found it very difficult to get in and out of the pool. I would also add more sunbeds, as there are very few for the number of people.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le centre-ville et la plage sont à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Le personnel est accueillant. Bonne organisation pour l'attribution des tables lors des repas. Ménage correct. La literie est bonne.
Les cocktails sont très sucrés voire imbuvable, il ne faut pas être diabétique ! L'hôtel est très ancien il aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rénovation (meubles abîmés, rouille..) Beaucoup d'attentes pour prendre l'ascenseur il n'y a que 2 ascenseur pour un hôtel de 7 étages, et l'un d'eux est tombé en panne lors de mon séjour. Peu de pression dans la douche et difficile de réglé la température c'est trop chaud ou trop froid. Le plus décevant fut les repas, peu de choix, mal cuisiné, fade ou c'était trop cuit (surtout les pâtes) ou pas assez cuit, nous n'avons pas eu une cuisson correct en 4 jours. Les desserts ne donnaient pas envie et il y avait très peu de choix, et c'était tous les jours les mêmes. Piscine un peu petite pour le nombre de chambre et pas assez de transat. Mur très fin nous entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines jusqu'au moindre éternuement.

Seulement l emplacement de l hotel à 10 minutes à pied de la plage
Alimentation au buffet de très basse qualité pour ne pas dire produits discount, du pdj au dîner du soir.
Aucune animation à l hôtel mis à part un dj qui met de la musique sans créé et motivé l'ambiance pour les clients.
Les boissons all inclusive très très sucré, diabète au rdv, les encas de l APM dans le all inclusive sont dérisoires ( frites et ou toast cheese ou jambon)
Rapport qualité-prix n'est pas au rdv.
Personnel au resto non souriant, non avenant, même à la réception cela laisse à désirer.
Les femmes de chambre sont impliqués et plus souriantes que le reste du personnel.
On ne recommandera jamais cet hôtel à nos proches.

The rooms are very run down; the curtains are covered in damp stains.
The doors are swollen and the bathroom is quite old. The shower head had no pressure at all, and keeping a steady water temperature was practically impossible.
