Excellent
The GHT Neptuno is a very nice 3 star hotel and the food is of a high standard. The staff was also most helpful and accomodating. I would come back to this hotel again in future. The surrounding town of Tossa de Mar is lovely and there's plenty to do and see.
The music played in the public and pool areas is incredibly dreary and desperately needs to be changed.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. I would highlight the buffet, it was varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff is excellent, always attentive and very friendly.

Overall our 3-night experience was correct and pleasant.

The bedrooms are not very soundproof and the food is of poor quality and variety.
The hotel has few car park spaces and it is not easy to park in the surrounding area. There are two large car park (check rates at reception) areas (8 & 9€/day) in the area of the bus station about 10 minutes walk away.

Car Park near the hotel is impossible and the car park lot is always full because of how small it is.
