The location is ideal for skiing in the Arinsal ski area. The breakfast, without being of excellent quality, was quite complete, with sufficient gastronomic offerings. The wifi in the room worked correctly.
La ubicación es ideal para esquiar en el sector de Arinsal. El desayuno, sin tener una calidad excelente sí que estaba bastante completo, con suficiente oferta gastronómica. El wifi en la habitación funcionaba correctamente.
The rooms are too small, we could hardly even fit the suitcase with ski things. Otherwise, good for a quick ski holiday.
Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, casi no nos cabía ni la maleta con las cosas de esquiar. Por lo demás, bien para hacer una escapada rápida a esquiar.

It is clear that one cannot ask for 4* quality services in a 2*, but it must be said that there is no general service of adequate quality, which is determined by taking a profile of non-professional people and/or commitment to the profession of Hospitality. In general, I detail a little. In general rooms, hallways, etc.. A lot of noise from people rioting during rest hours with no one to instructor this issue although there is a sign that indicates respecting the rest with a schedule.. The same person dedicated to the restaurant, cafeteria, reception..... I have never dined in a hotel restaurant only, on the second day I already understood that the quality of the food, quality of the service, price were behind the issue, even at breakfast we were only 3 rooms in total and on the second day I also understood it. The ski lockers service is limited to a space accessible from the street by raising a blind, which makes carrying your ski equipment a little unsafe. Furthermore, due to the lack of security and control, you could also hear people walking around the rooms from the room. corridors with boots on... A tributary ski passes at the back of the hotel that the noise itself is annoying for rest. Honestly I won't be back...
Está claro que uno no puede pedir servicios de calidad 4 * en un 2*, pero hay que decir que no hay un servicio general de calidad adecuada, que viene determinado por coger a un perfil de gente no profesional y/o compromiso con la profesión de Hostelería. En general, detallo un poco.
En las estancias generales, pasillos,etc. Mucho ruido de gente alborotando en horas dediacadas al descanso sin nadie que vigile esta cuestión aunque hay un cartel que indica respetar el descanso con un horario..
Una misma persona dedicada a restaurante, cafetería, recepción.....
Nunca he cenado en un restaurante de hotel sólo, el segundo día ya entendí que la calidad de la comida, calidad del servicio, precio estaban detrás de la cuestión, incluso en el desayuno éramos sólo 3 habitaciones del total y el segundo día tambien lo entendí.
El servicio de guardaesquies se limita a un espacio accesible desde la calle subiendo una persiana, cosa que para llevar tú equipo de esquí da un poco de inseguridad, además por la falta de seguridad y control tambien desde la habitación se oía a gente andar por los pasillos con las botas puestas...
Pasa un afluente en la parte trasera del hotel que el propio ruido resulta molesto para el descanso.
Sinceramente no volveré..

My partner and I were in this accommodation recently, everything was like the previous time. Close to a ski rental shop, free car park and the gondola to go up the slope to ski. The heating didn't work and when we returned to the hotel, it was gone. Breakfast is an open buffet and there is a variety of salty and sweet. Great service.
Estuvimos ya en este alojamiento mi pareja y yo hace poco, todo como la anterior vez. Cerca de una tienda de alquiler de esquí, parking gratuito y el telecabina para subir a la pista a esquiar. No nos funcionaba la calefacción y al volver al hotel, ya iba. El desayuno es buffet libre y hay variedad de salado y dulce. El servicio genial.

Family hotel and not very big. Located next to the Arinsal cable car, large free car park area. Homemade, good quality food, not too much variation, but just enough so it doesn't go to waste. Very attentive and pleasant staff.
Hotel familiar y no muy grande .Situado, al lado telecabina Arinsal , amplia zona aparcamiento gratis. Comida casera y de buena calidad , no demasiada variación, pero justo para que no se desperdicie. Personal muy atento y agradable.
Needs a renovation and rooms a little tight.
Falta una reforma y habitaciones un poco justas.

The beds were very good and they left us with our pet. It had a huge free car park behind.
Las camas muy buenas y que nos dejó con nuestra mascota. Tenía un parking enorme detrás gratuito.
It is not a 3* hotel, the food was very scarce and there was a boy who was constantly looking at what you put on your plate, it made you very uncomfortable. The heating in the room was too much and could not be turned off, we slept with the windows open. The bathtub was all uncorked and black, the toilet was terrible.
No es un hotel de 3*, la comida muy escasa y había un chico q estaba todo el rato mirando lo q te pones en el plato, te incomodaba un montón. La calefacción de la habitación era demasiada y no se podia apagar, dormimos con las ventanas abiertas. La bañera toda descorchada y negra, el WC fatal.

Proper cleaning, good value for money. Very close to the Arinsal cable car, good atmosphere in the places near the hotel. Free car park.
Neteja correcta, relació qualitat preu bona. Molt a prop del telecabina d'Arinsal, bon ambient als locals pròxims al hotel. Parking gratis.
There is some damage in the rooms but it does not affect the experience in general.
A les habitacions hi ha algun desperfecte però que no afecta a l'experiència en general.
