The room was clean and we got clean bedding and towels regularly (stayed for 8 nights). The breakfast was quite basic but had some varieties and very nice, cold water. The staff was nice and quite helpful and the pool area on the roof was very nice.
The bathroom was really small. I don't think a larger person could use the toilet because of the placement of the sink. The bathtub was also 1/3 of the size of a regular bathtub. We were on the top floor (9th.) and only one elevator went all the way up and it was small and slow. The breakfast was fine the first days but it never changed and bacame rather boring. Someone had put clear tape all over the AC, so the first day we thought the AC didn't work.

The dining room was fine, there wasn't much choice on the menu, but everything was well cooked and presented. The dining room staff was ok.
El comedor bien,en el menú no había mucha elección,pero todo bien cocinado y presentado.El personal del comedor correcto.
The reception staff were awful. The day we arrived, the first thing the older gentleman (Jaime) claimed from us was the €22 tax, but we had to ask him where the pool was, where the dining room was, etc. Then, the night before we left, we asked a black guy at reception if we were going out in the afternoon the next day. We asked him if we could have two towels to use at the pool. He said yes, that we should ask at reception and we would go and pick them up the next day. The older gentleman (Jaime) told us no way. We told him to tell us yes, and raising his voice, he said no way. Then, there was no entertainment at the hotel, no background music or anything. We had previously been to other hotels in the area and there was no comparison. I would not recommend it to any friend, as I did with the Reina del Mar or the Piñero Tal. They were very short on words, being unpleasant and rude.
El personal de recepción nefasto,el día que llegamos,lo primero que nos reclamó el señor mayor (Jaime) fueron los 22€ de tasas,pero tuvimos que preguntarle dónde estaba la piscina,donde estaba el comedor,etc.Luego,la noche anterior a venirnos,le preguntamos a un chico negro de recepción,si al día siguiente como salíamos por la tarde,le dijimos si nos podían dejar dos toallas para estar en la piscina,nos dijo que si, que las pidiesemos en recepción,al día siguiente,vamos a recogerlas,y el señor mayor (Jaime)nos dijo que de ninguna manera,le dijimos que nos dijeran que si,y alzando la voz,nos dijo que de ninguna manera.Luego, ningún tipo de animación en el hotel, ni una música ambiental ni nada.Estuvimos anteriormente,en otros hoteles de la zona,y ni punto de comparación.No lo recomendaría a ninguna amiga,como si hice con el Reina del Mar,o el Piñero Tal.Muy parcos en palabras ,resultando desagradables y maleducados.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE DO NOT GO Any euro spent at MLL Caribbean Bay is a wasted euro. The hotel is simple but the area is HORRIBLE. I have visited the beautiful island of Majorca many times but avoid the Arenal area at all. Rabble, dirty, abandoned and neglected places, impossible to park. We had half board. The food was DISGUSTING. Everything was of very poor quality. Sausages that were regional cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs in poor condition, all of a disastrous quality and to top it off ORUJO oil. How can they be so miserable to put pomace oil in salads? How expensive is a liter of olive oil? Scoundrels!

Cualquier euro gastado en MLL Caribbean Bay es un euro malgastado.
El hotel es sencillo pero la zona es HORRIBLE. He visitado un montón de veces la preciosa isla de Mallorca pero eviten de todas todas la zona del Arenal. Gentuza, sucio, sitios abandonados y descuidados, imposible aparcar.
Teníamos régimen de media pensión. La comida era ASQUEROSA. Todo era de malísima calidad. Embutidos que eran fiambres de cuarta regional, huevos duros en mal estado, todo de una calidad nefasta y para colmo aceite de ORUJO.
Cómo pueden ser tan miserables de poner aceite de orujo en las ensaladas? Tan caro es un litro de aceite de oliva? Sinvergüenzas!

Two of the four elevators were broken. All Inclusive was not available, drinks only between 10am and 7pm at the pool bar with a deposit of 2 euros per cup for evenings, no water in the room. Alcohol issue unfriendly. At breakfast there is no coffee spoon poll only from 10-19
Von vier Aufzügen zwei defekt ..all inclusive ist nicht gegeben, Getränke nur zwischen 10 und 19 Uhr an der Poolbar mit 2 € Pfand pro Becher für Abends kein Wasser aufs Zimmer.
Alkohol Ausgabe unfreundlich.
Beim Frühstück gibt es keine Kaffee Löffeln
