There are several restaurants, bars and shops just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, the city center is only 10 minutes. It also has easy access to public transportation. The building has 7 floors and 3 lifts, offering a total of 153 homes. It was partially renovated in 2007, and now features a modern style with high quality materials. The apartments have modern decor, spacious terraces / balconies with sea views and plenty of space. The resort offers a wide range of sports during the day, including water aerobics. At night there are shows for guests' entertainment, and younger also have their own program.
