HOTEL: It was inaugurated in June 2005 with the intention of completing the quality hotel offer in the municipality of Sanxenxo. The building has 19 spacious and cozy apartments decorated with care and quality materials. SITUATION: It is located just 300 meters from the Silgar beach and just 5 minutes walk from the commercial and leisure areas of the municipality, such as the marina. Its location, close to the link with the O Salnés highway (AG-41), the PO-308, the C-531 and the bus station, will allow customers to move comfortably to any destination such as Pontevedra, Combarro, Vigo, Santiago, Cambados, A Coruña, etc. APARTMENTS: It has 19 apartments, all exterior, of which 14 are apartments T1, 3 are T2 and 2 are T2 attic. They are distributed in lobby, kitchen with hob, microwave, extractor hood and sink (all in stainless steel), living room with sofa bed of 1.40 meters, coffee table, floor lamp, dining table and chairs, sideboard and television 21. The bedrooms have a double bed (1.50 meters) or two single beds (0.90 meters), a bedside table and a safe. They complete the apartments
