VERY nice staff, super attentive and friendly. Great summer atmosphere, the activities staff always have games during the day and at night too. VERY good food, all homemade and with a great variety. I'm very happy! The rooms are very nice and clean.

There is NO car park, which means you have to park nearby or not so nearby... with or without payment (but it already tells you that in the description). There is NO smoking area, smoking is prohibited in the hotel, you have to go to the door... and the faucets vary a lot between hot and cold, it comes out as it pleases... but otherwise it's fine.

The only thing we liked less is that our room was not a triple room as we had booked, it was a double room with twin beds and they put an extra bed.

The room was horrible I paid for a room for three and what they did was to attach an extra bed with an uncomfortable mattress leaving us without bedside tables and no space. To top it off we were two nights in a row asking for a blanket because it was cold at night and the room was only equipped for two and they did not ask to provide it, they always said that later they would bring it up even when we complained in good manners that the previous night it never arrived the next night the same,
bad service as well. It happened with the welcome cocktail only for two when we were three the waiter super rude the hotel was full of English and Germans to which if they seemed to give a better service. I have been in less star hotels with better service and I felt more comfortable, I would not go back nor recommend it.
La habitación horrible pague una habitación para tres y lo que hicieron fue acoplar una cama más con un colchón incómodo quedándonos sin mesitas de noche y sin espacio. Par colmo estuvimos dos noches consecutivas pidiendo una manta por q en la noche así frío y la habitación solo estaba equipada para dos y no pidieron facilitarla, siempre no decían que más tarde la subirían aún reclamando de buenas formas q la noche anterior nunca llegó la siguiente noche igual,
un mal servio también. Sucedió con el coctel de bienvenida solo para dos cuando éramos tres el camero super borde el hotel estaba lleno de ingleses y alemanes al que si parecían darle un mejor servicio. Estado en hoteles de menos estrellas con una mejor atención y me sentido más agusto no volvería ni lo recomiendo.
