En sus tiempos fue un gran hotel , precioso con sus vilas , sus jardines , pero insisto FUE. En lo referente al personal el unico que vale la pena es Manuel , siempre sonriente y dispuesto. En el lado opuesto de antipatia, es la que se cuida del comedor con el pelo muy corto. Por supuesto es mi opinion. Pero solo su presencia te hace sentir incomodo .
Mantenimiento =0 Limpieza = 0 . Jardineria =0 ( me refiero al mantenimiento ) Piscina de niños con las baldosas que se caian y cerrada con cintas de plastico . Yo y mi amigo cogimos gastroenteritis en el desayuno ( quizas los huevos )¡ En serio !!.. y lo puedo asegurar pues no comimos nada en otro sitio. Y es una pena pues es un sitio precioso pero dejado de la mano de Dios .. ( Por supuesto mi opinion personal y de los 4 amigos )

We liked the tranquility, location and views we had in the apartment (villa). The welcome kit for washing dishes. The swimming pool and its sunbeds. The very friendly staff. The facilities and the garden were clean and well maintained.
Nos gustó la tranquilidad, ubicación y vistas que teníamos en el apartamento (villa). El kit bienvenida para lavar los platos. La piscina y sus hamacas. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones y el jardín estaban limpias y bien cuidadas.
The kitchenware was very limited for cooking: a pot, a saucepan, a paella pan and a cutting board (we had to buy a strainer to make rice and pasta). The apartment could use a little updating because it looks "worn out". The floor, for example, must have been very nice but now it looks worn. The same with some of the furniture, the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen faucet, the bathtub (which was pitted) and even the sheets.
El menaje de la cocina era muy justito para cocinar: una olla, un cazo, una paella y una tabla de cortar (tuvimos que comprar un colador para podernos hacer arroz y pasta). Al apartamento le íria bien un poquito de actualización porque se ve "desgastado". El suelo, por ejemplo, debía ser muy bonito pero ahora se ve gastado. Lo mismo con algunos muebles, los muebles de cocina, el grifo de la cocina, la bañera (que estaba picada) e incluso las sábanas.

I imagine it's because of the Covid issue, but the hotel is understaffed (which leads to a lack of services such as catering, entertainment, cleaning...) and lacks a good shake in terms of maintenance.
Imagino que será por el tema Covid, pero el hotel está con poco personal (lo que lleva a falta de servicios como restauración, animación, limpieza...) y le falta un buen meneo en cuanto a mantenimiento.

Spectacular, the villas are very large, with terrace and quite well equipped, next to the sea, to enjoy walks, sunsets and the natural environment, we have been 5 days and it has been a luxury, super attentive staff with all the requests we have made, the services offered by the hotel, are great for children, swimming pools, park, recreation area.... In a super quiet place, out of the center and the crowds, about 3km away is Playa Blanca, with everything you need ... that was what we were looking for....
Espectacular, las villas son muy grandes, con terraza y bastante bien equipadas, al lado del mar, para disfrutar de paseos, atardeceres y del entorno natural, hemos estado 5 días y ha sido un lujo, el personal super atento con todas las peticiones que hemos hecho, los servicios que ofrece el hotel, están geniales para los niños, las piscinas, el parque, la zona recreativa.... En un lugar super tranquilo, fuera del centro y las aglomeraciones, a unos 3km está playa blanca, con todo lo necesario... que era lo que buscábamos....

The accommodation is in poor condition, the rooms smell musty and the furniture is old. Paper and tennis courts in very bad condition, as well as the playground. They offer shows for children and adults as well and had nothing of what was offered. The buffet only worked for breakfast with the excuse that they did not have lunch or dinner because of the situation suffered by the covid.
El alojamiento esta en malas condiciones de conservación, las habitaciones huelen a humedad y los muebles son viejos. Pistas de papel y de tenis en muy mal estado, al igual que el parque infantil. Ofertan espectáculos infantiles y para adultos así y no tenían nada de lo ofertado. El buffet solo funcionaba para el desayuno poniendo como excusa que no tenían almuerzo ni cena la situación sufrida por el covid.
