If changing rooms was the solution for me, then they should change rooms, not me. If their response was to get into a conflict... On the complaint form, they wrote that they had offered room changes to both parties, which is NOT TRUE. THE BEST THING IS TO NEVER RETURN TO THE HOTEL AGAIN. THEY SUPPORT THOSE WHO CAUSE TROUBLE AND HUMILIATE THOSE WHO DON'T.

Hablé con recepción en numerosas ocasiones y los perros seguían ladrando, aunque ellos habían hablado con los dueños… Pido la hoja de reclamaciones, me ofrecen cambiar de habitación, YO no estoy molestando y no estaba dispuesta a cambiarme, que cambiaran a ellos o los invitaran a salir, me dijeron que hablara al día siguiente con el subdirector, yo había rellenado mi parte de la hoja de reclamaciones, pues me vuelve a decir lo mismo y yo le contesto lo mismo y que para que había hablado con el sino me daba solución, si cambiarte de habitación, cámbialos a ellos, si contestación sería entrar en un conflicto… Enla hoja de reclamaciones pusieron que habían ofrecido cambios de habitaciónes a las dos partes cosa que no es CIERTA

This time there was space in the pool, as always clean and you can enjoy a mini spa on the sides, some jets and a bubble bench! The ladies at the reception are also very kind and are always there to help and explain whatever you need! They have now put a ramp to make access to the hotel much more comfortable, if you go with a cart, or the suitcases themselves. Overall, the hotel is excellent! We will definitely repeat whenever we can!
Ya hemos ido muchas otra veces a este hotel, siempre que podemos, repetimos! El personal del comedor es inmejorable! El señor Dauda y el señor Paco son muy amables, se merecen un aumento! La comida, aunque no tiene miles de platos, está buenísima, carne, pescado, potajes, pastas, pizzas ( las hacen allí mismo y están deliciosas!), hay también plancha, podéis elegir al momento. No podéis perderos la bollería del desayuno, también las hacen allí y está todo calentito, recién hecho! Está vez en la piscina había sitio, cómo siempre limpia y podéis disfrutar de un mini spa a los lados, unos chorros y un banco de burbujas! Las señoritas de recepción son también muy amables y están siempre para ayudarte y explicarte lo que necesites! Ahora han puesto una rampa para hacer el acceso al hotel mucho más cómodo, si vas con algún carrito, o las maletas mismo. En general está excelente el hotel! Sin duda volveremos a repetir siempre que podamos!
