Well, as far as the hotel is concerned, I am partially satisfied. The only complaint when it's dinner is that they don't even give water, but you have to pay, the employees are friendly and smiling, but I have a complaint about one employee who worked during dinner, he was rude in the sense that when he asked for the room number, he rolled his eyes if he wasn't told immediately and made a facial expression as if he was bothered by it, rude and nervous, which was quite evident on him. His name was something like Yet or Yem, I'm not sure. The second complaint about the towels at the pool, I went down with my friend to take the sunbeds and we didn't know that actually it's not possible, that if you take the sunbeds you have to be there at 10, and if you're not the annoying guy who works in the small house says he'll put the towels away, I didn't know that on the first day and when he told me I said I'm going to have breakfast and come back to the pool, he said if I don't move the towels right away, he they will move me!! Rudeness and lack of culture!! I paid for that accommodation and my vacation, so that I can enjoy it with my family, and I have two small children, so 0 for them! 2 years ago I vacationed in Santa Susana, at the Hotel Tahiti Playa, we always took our seats in the morning around 7 and went to the pool after breakfast and no one ever gave us a problem or moved our towels!! Plus they left us clean towels for the pool every day in our rooms, also last year we were in Majorca, we also had the right whenever we wanted to take a place on the sunbeds and we got towels in the rooms for the pool. The performances in the evenings are the same, nothing special, maybe two evenings were nice and interesting, everything else was a bit pointless. The service at their place when you order a drink takes too long, whether it's for a sled during the day or in the evening when there's a show, we waited half an hour in the evening. I am not satisfied with most things and would not return to your hotel again!

Como siempre no defrauda, personal, instalaciones, actuaciones, animación, comedor y ubicación, ideal para pasar unos días en familia de playa y tranquilidad.

Está vez la habitación era un poco pequeña pero nos apañamos...el resto del hotel y su personal lo compensan.

Genial. Se respira tranquilidad y educación. A pie de playa. Piscina aceptable. Bufet genial. Buena limpieza. Ideal para familias.

Lo único regular es la cafetería. No está muy bien atendida. Y el encargado es bastante repugnante y como este hablando con un amiguete. Tienes q esperar a q termine su conversación para q t atienda.

El trato del personal es excelente. Un 10 para ellos

En un hotel de cientos de habitaciones, no ubicaron en una que estaba en primera planta sobre el escenario de animación. Solicitamos cambio y nos dijeron que esa era la habitación para la tarifa pagada, pero no es cierto que cuando seleccionas habitación, interior o exterior, normal o superior, la única opción se exclusivamente esa habitación. No había posibilidad ni de mas altura ni mas próximo a piscina. La comida del buffet es muy normal, casi siempre lo mismo y poca variedad. Además es complicado coger mesa libre para mas de 2 comensales. La animación muy deficiente. He estado en otros hoteles con animación infantil mucho mas variada a lo largo de todo el dia. La limpieza de la habitación normalita, me he encontrado arena en el suelo recurrentemente La cama supletoria de la habitación no esta pensada para dormir ni siquiera un adolescente de 170cm, porque el colchón es malisimo y se le salen los pies

Personal atento y encantador, localización muy bien y enfrente del mar. Limpieza general muy correcto. Buffet bastante completo y variado. Servicios del hotel muy variados.

Que el el bar de la piscina cierre a las 19 es un delito. El club infantil estaba bastante bien pero mucho descontrol con las actividades y los horarios. Los monitores, menos uno o dos, no sabían ni lo que tocaba a cada momento. Di que los niños se divierten con todo.

Hotel muy bien situado, junto a la playa, el bufet muy bueno todo, hotel para repetir.

La comida es buena, per lo que pasa es que si estas muchos dias, es un ppco reppetitiva

precio de las bebidas abusivo. Creo que ya es bastante caro el hotel como para luego tener que pagar 2.50 € por una botella de litro de agua.

El aire acondicionado excelente

Las comidas muy poca variedad y poquísima calidad, muy repetitivo

Primerísima linea de playa. Zona tranquila. Comida rica aunque poco variada.

Piscina solo cubre 1,20. Alguna persona de limpieza y alguna camarera que nos tocó bastante seca y antipáticas.
