It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We've been going there every year for nine years, and it always surprises us, as each time it's improved and completely renovated. Unbeatable spa. Stunning views. It feels like you're not in Benalmadena, haha.

The hotel is very nice, everything is very clean, and the rooms are large. Even though it was full, we never had to wait for a table. The hotel's location is perfect, right on the promenade and beach, allowing you to walk from one beach to the other. The hotel also has shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy almost across the street. It also has a gym, paddle tennis courts, and lots of activities. In fact, we'll definitely be back because we loved the hotel and Benalmádena.
El hotel está muy bien todo muy limpio y habitaciones grandes . Aunque estaba lleno no tuvimos q esperar nunca por una mesa . La ubicación del hotel perfecta a pie de paseo y playa pudiendo caminar de una playa a otra , tiendas , supermercados , farmacia casi enfrente .
Además tiene gimnasio pistas de padel y muchas actividades .
De hecho repetiremos porque nos encantó el hotel y Benalmádena

I loved everything, the area was great, all the heated pools and jacuzzi were free, whereas in other hotels you have to pay for them, the bedrooms and beds were perfect, I got one that was two by two metres and was super comfortable, the staff was very friendly.

The only thing that caught my attention was the entertainers because they were super friendly and very nice and they spoke to you with a lot of affection. They spoke more in Spanish because there were a lot of Americans and French people and what I also wanted, along with my family, who were quite a few, was that they would also dedicate words to us so that we could understand them. I recognize that there are always more foreigners in Malaga, but man, I understand it a little better since we are Spanish, thank you. But for the rest, I will return next year. I loved it and the food was different every day and they changed and dedicated their meals to a different country every day.

Everything was perfect, the buffet was delicious and every day there was something different, you thought of something and they had it. The restaurant staff were super friendly and attentive to make sure you didn't miss anything, the rooms were spectacular and super clean (thanks to the cleaning lady who is a delight) the facilities were great, they had several pools and I really liked it because it had a children's area and another for adults, it has access to the two coves that the hotel had... And very important, even if you get Full Board, water was included and it was free, a plus! They are constantly bringing out food until the last minute, one day we arrived 5 minutes before dinner was finished, which was until 10:00 p.m. and we had plenty of time to eat until 10:15 p.m. they didn't start to clean up, a plus, since in other hotels they start to clean up at 9:30 p.m. and you are left without dinner...
Todo perfecto, el buffet exquisito cada día tenía una cosa diferente, pensabas una cosa y ellos lo tenían.
Los trabajadores del restaurante super simpáticos estaban muy atentos y pendientes para qué no te faltará nada, las habitaciones espectaculares súper limpias (gracias a la mujer de la limpieza que es un encanto) las instalaciónes geniales tenían varias piscinas y me ha gustado mucho ya que tenía una zona de niños y otra de adultos, tiene acceso a las dos calas que tenían el hotel...
Y muy importante aunque pilles pensión completa el agua estaba incluido y te salía gratis un punto a favor!
Están sacando constantemente comida hasta última hora, un día llegamos a 5m de que se acabase la cena que eran hasta las 22:00 y nos dio tiempo a comer de sobra hasta las 22:15 no empezaron a recoger un punto a favor, ya que en otros hoteles a las 21:30 ya empiezan a recoger y te quedas sin cenar...

Y eso que había carteles que lo ponían pero no hacían caso y tampoco nadie les decía nada. El horario del buffet muy bien pero el de la noche lo pondría hasta las 22:30...

The views from the room were great in our case, the room was pretty good although one of the beds had bad legs and was not very comfortable. My little one loved the children's pool.

The food at the buffet was average, and there was one sushi day in particular that created a lot of expectations for me and it was not even close to being up to par. The lift at peak times is almost impossible to take, waiting more than 10 minutes to get on. To get a hammock in the shade, be prepared to get up early and go down to the pool directly without going through the buffet, as people put out their towel for the whole day and you say goodbye to using the hammock. I hate these practices and that there are still hotels that do nothing to prevent it. I have been in some where a sign is put up when no one shows up for a certain time and if the owner has not appeared in half an hour, it is left free. There are people who take the hammock and do not show up for the whole day. It is tremendous.
La comida del buffet era normalita, y concretamente hubo un día de suchi que me creó mucha espectativa y no estuvo a la altura ni de asomo.
El ascensor en horas puntas es casi imposible de coger, más de 10 minutos esperando poder subirnos.
Para coger una hamaca en sombra prepárate para levantarte a primera hora y bajar a la piscina directamente sin pasar por el buffet ya que la gente pone su toalla para todo el día y te despides de usar la tumbona. Odio esas prácticas y que todavía haya hoteles que no hagan nada para evitarlo. He estado en algunos donde se coloca un cartel cuando no aparece nadie en cierto tiempo y si en media hora el propietario no ha aparecido, se deja libre. Hay gente que coge la hamaca y no aparece en todo el día. Es tremendo.
