Wifi worked in rooms.
Good shower pressure.
Room had a terrible smell. Our clothes picked up the smell ,even with the balcony door open all night. Sewage smell, but not from bathroom.
Reported it but they just had a spray round with air freshener.
Food was so minimal, what should have been hot was all cold.
Veg had meat in!!!
Pasta sauce had meat in..
Canarian potatoes but just boiled , over boiled.
10 minutes for toast as large queue due to only toasting one side at a time.
Fruit and salad prepared night or day before, all dry..
Staff looked embarrassed to be there.
Not enough sunbeds for us all.
Pool not clear so not really on top of cleaning and chlorine.. Overall not as good as last time we visited. Not likely to return.

Good location, close to the bus station. Facilities could be improved, especially the restrooms. Food is average. Occasionally very good value for money. Attentive staff.

I would like to thank the evening receptionist, Lucía, the bar manager, for being very kind and helpful to everyone; the two young waiters at the restaurant (the tall guy and the other with long hair) were very attentive; the pool bar waiter and the lifeguard were also very friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and restaurant were always clean. And the hotel is very centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Rooms require a booking. The hotel is a bit dated. Fresh vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers were often missing at breakfast.
