Very good
The trip was great value for money.
Our lessons were switched on the first morning from 10 until the afternoon session at 2. This meant that the group missed out on a full 5 hours skiing from 9am - 2pm. Having an Esquiades rep on the ground like Crystal and Top Flight had may have alleviated this problem.

Everything was great, the Wi-Fi worked very well, the temperature and location were perfect, and the ski lockers area was excellent. Car Park was also very good.

The TV had few channels and the picture quality was mediocre.

Very well located directly on the slopes. The agency staff are very, very friendly.
Très bien placé au pied des pistes.
Le personnel de l'agence très très sympathique.
A few minor inconveniences: the toilet flush did not work all the time, the toaster did not stay in grill mode by itself, the towel dryer did not work and the small heating radiator provided in the bathroom worked once out of two.
Quelques petits désagréments s'agissant de : la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps, le grille pain ne tenait pas tout seul en mode gril, le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas et le petit radiateur chauffant mis à disposition dans la salle d'eau fonctionnait une fois sur deux.

First: I booked in another house, when I arrived at Grifovacances the older woman with a French accent, very very unpleasant. She told me that I was assigned another location that was NOT the one that was stated in the booking and that was it. Luckily the location was just as good as where I had previously booked.

The whole house had a stench, a stench! The lady at the agency was very arrogant and as if her life and work were more important than everyone else's. The photos of the apartment where we stayed were never on the website and the apartment was somewhere else, when I arrived and parked in front of the one where it was supposed to be.

The location of both apartments was very good, within walking distance of the slopes. One of the apartments was quite good, with everything necessary for a good stay and in a very quiet and noise-free block.

It doesn't have any rooms, it's a studio with 2 beds and bunk beds for 4 people. We asked for 3 beds and they didn't pay attention. It's above an Irish pub, it's noisy every night, there's no room for more than 2 people, there's a sofa bed that can't be used, the bathroom smells like a sewer... the truth is that for the price it's not worth it.
No tiene habitaciones, es un estudio 2 camas, literas para 4 personas. Pedimos por favor que hubiera 3 camas y no nos hicieron caso. Esta encima de un Pub Irlandés, ruido todas las noches, no hay espacio para mas de 2 personas, un sofá cama que no se puede usar, el baño huele a tubería... la verdad es que por el precio que tiene no breve la pena.

The location is perfect in El Pas de la Casa, cross the street and take the TS. There is a supermarket downstairs for any little thing. The sofa bed is in good condition. The heating works like a charm.

In general all good. To say the least, the downstairs toilet is very small. The stairs to the upper floor are quite narrow. The water heater is insufficient for 6 people to shower.
En general todo bien. Por decir algo, el aseo del piso de abajo es muy pequeño. Las escalera para subir al piso de arriba bastante angosta. El termo del agua es escaso para que 6 personas se duchen.
