Sol Tarter - Vacances Pirinenca

The Vacances Pirinenca Sol Tarter Apartments are located in the town of El Tarter.

Layout of the Apartments/Studios:

• Apartment for 2 to 4 people: The apartment has a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the dining room. This heated apartment has a double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and oven. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer.

• Apartment for 4 to 7 people: The apartment has a room with a double bed, a second room with a single bed and a bunk bed and two double sofa beds in the dining room. It is an apartment with views of the mountains, heating, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and oven.

The distribution described is indicative since it may vary depending on the accommodation that is assigned to them.

I deposit a guarantee of between € 200 and € 300 depending on the apartment with pre-authorization on the credit or debit card where the collection of any damage that has been detected will be authorized in writing.

The final cleaning of the apartments can be done by the customers themselves, otherwise a variable amount will be deducted from the deposit, depending on the state of the apartments, between € 20 - € 50.

The rental of the accommodation includes an electricity consumption of 120 KB / day, the consumption of kilowatts that exceed this amount will be priced at 0.15 cents / KB.

Rates do not include: Towels and sheets.

The collection of the keys of the accommodation must be done between 3:00 p.m. and 8 pm. In the event that your arrival is after the established time, you must contact the accommodation in order to be able to arrange the collection of keys and the payment of the deposit. The contact telephone number will be provided to you through your confirmation voucher.

Late arrivals: In case of arriving later than 8 pm., you will have to pay a surcharge of € 25. The maximum time to enter the apartments is 11 pm (after 11 pm, no entries are allowed).

The keys will be delivered at:

Vacanses Pirinenca, Carretera General 2, Edif Principat Parc, bloc França, Incles AD100.
