It's a great hotel, both the staff and the facilities.... Since it was the last day they were closing, they let us stay in our room later, a nice touch from the hotel.

In my opinion, there should be some music in the evenings. And the juices could be a bit better. Just a suggestion.

It's a great hotel with many great facilities. The kids have a great time! The staff is incredible: Gloria, Susana, Fanny, Aitor, Alex, Faisal, Yunia... And the entertainment team is also fantastic: Carlos (amazing!!), Claudia, Raphael, Roberto, Laura, Fatima... The bingo and the Olympics are really, really fun!!! The pools are very cool and very clean. There's a pool with water lilies where the kids have a great time, a zip line for adults, a volleyball net in another pool, paddle tennis, tennis, soccer, basketball, ping-pong, volleyball... There are lots of things to do and plenty of hammocks to relax and enjoy the sun and shade. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is spectacular; we'll be back!
Es un hotel grandioso con muchas y muy buenas instalaciones. Los niños se lo pasan genial!! El personal es increíble: Gloria, Susana, Fanny, Aitor, Álex, Faisal, Yunia... Y los animadores también son estupendos: Carlos (una pasada!!), Claudia, Raphael, Roberto, Laura, Fátima... El bingo y las olimpiadas muy muy divertido!!! Las piscinas son muy chulas y están muy limpias. Piscina con nenúfares en la que los niños se lo pasan genial sin parar, tirolina para adultos, red para voleibol en otra piscina, pádel, tenis, fútbol, basket, pin pon, voleibol tierra... Hay muchas cosas para hacer y muchísimas hamacas también para descansar y disfrutar del sol y de la sombra.
Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas
El hotel es espectacular; volveremos!
It's a shame that due to complaints from neighbors (they called the police), there was no music, more joking around during the activities, from children and adults alike, and that the shows had to be held in a small, enclosed theater instead of outdoors. We wished there was more music and dancing. Still, it was worth it, and we'll be back!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is quite good and varied. The all-inclusive formula is very good, and the rooms are clean with daily cleaning and towel changes every day. La formule all inclusive très bien, et la propreté des chambres avec un entretien journalier et et changement de serviettes chaque jours. Bonne taille de chambre et terrasse. Belles plages à proximité de l hôtel. Prêt de matériel de jeux et de serviettes de piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et de bonne qualité. Au restaurant il y a le coin planxa, le coin barbecue, les plats et chaque soir un coin a thème comme soirée pizza, mexicain...

Quelques travaux de rénovation à prévoir dans les chambres, certains accessoires sont cassés ou abîmés, ainsi que dans les parties communes et piscine. Animation journée à améliorer. Cocktails type mojito ou pina colada inclus avec la formule all inclusive sont à améliorer, faits avec des préparations très sucrées et de moindre qualité. Pour le reste les alcools sont de marque, et ça c est bien. Parfois trop d attente aux bars intérieur ou celui de la piscine car pas beaucoup de personnel au moment du rush.

The lifeguards were very friendly. The pools were great. The water was warmer than we liked. Halfway through our stay, it was even better. We loved the dining room hours! And so were the theme days! The front desk staff was phenomenal! The entertainment staff was great! The cleaning ladies were very friendly!

The worst thing was that when we turned on the shower faucet, it smelled awful. The water in the shower kept running while we showered, and the surrounding walls were damp and chipped. The entertainment was good, but we felt they didn't provide adequate information about what was on offer, which is why we missed out. There was nothing available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. One of the receptionists was very rude when we asked for clarification about our room. Otherwise, it was fine.
Lo peor ha sido que al abrir el grifo de la ducha, olía muy muy mal. En la ducha el agua se salía al ducharse y las paredes de alrededor tenían humedad y estaban descascarilladas.
La animación buena, pero pensamos que no se informaba adecuadamente de lo que se iba a ofertar y que por ello nos perdimos cosas. De 16h a 21h no había nada.
Una de las personas de recepción fue muy desagradable al pedirle una aclaración sobre nuestra habitación. Enl resto bien.
