All. We were pleasantly surprised. The very friendly staff, the guys at the reception, the dining room staff, the bar and entertainment staff (don't stop playing bingo, we laugh like never before) and the cleaning girls. The 8 pools, the food, the tranquility of the surroundings, the sound of the sea. We will be back, thanks for making us feel so good.
Todo. Nos sorprendió gratamente. El personal muy amable, los chic@s de recepción, el personal del comedor, los del bar e animación ( no dejéis de jugar al bingo, nos reimos como nunca) y las chicas de la limpieza. Las 8 piscinas, la comida, la tranquilidad del entorno, el sonido del mar.Volveremos, gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien.

We went there from 04 to 08/05 with our grandson who had a great time with volleyball, table tennis, tennis, football, swimming pools, ballads, exceptional children's and adult entertainment and all-inclusive reading in the stay + paddle, billiards, spa paying but reasonable the SPA has an optimal staff???????? don't hesitate a change of scenery guarantees we went back there from 18 to 21/05 for exceptional walks and rest...
Nous y sommes allés du 04 au 08/05 avec notre petit fils qui s'est régalé avec volley ball, ping-pong, tennis, football, piscines, ballades, animations enfants et adultes exceptionnelles et lec tout compris dans le séjour + paddle, billards, spa payants mais raisonnables le SPA dispose d'un personnel optimal???????? n'hésitez pas dépaysement garantit nous y sommes retournés du 18 au 21/05 pour ballades et repos exceptionnels...

Il serait parfait de cibler les logements en répartissant en fonction des âges et activités, la jeunesse est très active et bruyante, ce qui est normal mais peu être gênant pour ceux qui ont besoin de se reposer... L'insonorisation des chambre n'est pas efficace ... On entend TOUT ????

We've had a great few days. The hotel has everything, including entertainment, which we thought would not exist at this time. Everything perfect except for the unheated pool.
Hemos estado unos dias genial. El hotel tiene de todo, incluido animación que pensamos que por estas fechas no habría. Todo perfecto a excepción de la piscina no climatizada.
The indoor pool that says it is heated, but it is not. It was frozen just like the ones outside and we couldn't take advantage of it at all. And the spa is outside the hotel and is paid. In other words, we are left without a pool.
La piscina interior que pone que es climatizada, pero no lo es. Estaba helada igual que las de fuera y no pudimos aprovecharla nada. Y el spa es ajeno al hotel y es de pago. O sea que nos quedamos sin piscina.

An exceptional hotel had everything we had a great time, the price we got with buscauncollo was spectacular.
We will be attentive if offers like these come up again.
