This is our second time here and we won't be back. I asked to change rooms because I couldn't shower and it was as if I wasn't talking to anyone. The sheets barely covered the mattress. The food only had good things first thing in the morning, then they didn't even restock. There were endless lines to get into the dining room and to get food, which was totally overwhelming for being on holiday.

No hay variedad de comida , no entiendo qué a un niño de 13 años no le dejen entrar en el spa , los camareros de cafetería de terraza aparte de muy lentos están más al cachondeo entre ellos y las animadoras que atendiendo,no me explico 4 camareros en barra y una camarera en terraza con más de 60 meses para atender , las piscinas es ilógico que cierren los toboganes de 14 a 17 de la tarde ya que el socorrista ( llamemoslo así ) se iban y cuando tenían que estar estaban más atentos al teléfono que a la gente en piscina , contabilice a uno de ellos más de 23 minutos mirando al teléfono sin levantar la vista y encima a las 19:45 te llegaban y te soltaban que fuéramos saliendo que cerraban porque se iban y se cierra a las 20, mi contestación si para lo que hacéis os podéis ir ya que llevas toda la tarde mirando el teléfono,
