Very good
The location was excellent, room warm and cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s all you need for a ski holiday where you don’t spend that much time in the room.
The walls are a bit thin so we did hear other people in their rooms. Saying that, the it was pretty quiet overall as the hostel wasn’t that busy.

This hotel is perfect for you if you want to go skiing. The rooms are simple and functional, but since most of your time is out of the room they work brilliantly. There is a huge amount of hot water so that is never a problem. The heating is always on so you are never cold and the windows are really well insulated so that there are no draughts.
There is a very relaxed bar, which offers very good price drinks and is a great place to relax the evening away.
The most exceptional thing in this restaurant is the set menu at 11E, it provided some of the best food i have eaten in a while. One night I had Calamari, which was cooked to perfection and severed beautifully, then followed up with a beef bourg with potatoes and veg. Finally this was followed with a excellent pattacotta, after sampling the menu on the first night there was no need to eat anywhere else. The food quality is amazing and I will return to stay and eat at the hotel.
We arrived very late the first night and one of the staff stayed up to make sure that we were checked in and had no problems. The service level continued from then on, when i needed to check information with the local companies they were more than happy to get on the phone and check for me.
This place is perfect for a getaway, I almost don't want to tell people as I don't want it to be come too popular I can book it next year.

A very reasonably priced hotel. Perfectly located next to the Pal cable car and the bus stop for Ordino-Arcalis. Basic amenities, everything you need. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
Un hotel a muy buen precio. Con una ubicación perfecta junto al telecabina de Pal, y la parada de bus a Ordino-Arcalis. Servicios básicos, lo necesario.
El personal muy amable y en todo momento dispuesto a ayudar.
Although the rooms were renovated, mine didn't have a fully-equipped bathroom. But that's not something that bothers me.

Zero water pressure. We had a shower in the room that was removable throughout the entire stay, you almost had to jump on the bed to get from one side to the other (shameful) + another shower in an external room in case you wanted to shower there, but it didn't matter where you went because there was ZERO water pressure. We stayed 2 nights and after skiing the minimum is to be able to take a shower, but it was impossible to have pressure without the water coming out burning. I spent 3 days without being able to wash my hair and almost without getting the gel off my skin when I showered. If you are going to stay more than 1 night and you plan to shower, I do not recommend it. I will not return.

Teníamos ducha en la habitación como de quita y pon en todo el paso, había casi que saltar por la cama para pasar de un lado a otro (penosa) + otra ducha en una habitación externa por si querías ducharte allí, pero daba igual dónde fueras que era NULA la presión de agua.
Estuvimos 2 noches y después de esquiar lo mínimo es poder darte una ducha, pero era imposible tener presión sin que saliera el agua ardiendo. Estuve 3 días sin poder lavarme el pelo y casi sin sacar el gel de la piel al ducharme.
Si váis a estar más de 1 noche y tenéis pensado ducharos, no os lo recomiendo.
No volveré.

It is true that it would be nice to have a bathroom instead of a bidet in the room, but it is well explained that this is the case and there is no major problem, there are two toilets on the same floor that have always been available and clean. The breakfast is simple but correct (bread, some sausage, butter and jam + croissant and coffee), it is true that perhaps it would be good to include something extra like scrambled eggs or similar, but for the price, more than correct. The location is unbeatable, a few metres from the telehuevo and with a blue zone car park nearby.
A calidad precio imbatible. Inicialmente sorprende la distribución y el hecho de la ducha en medio de la habitación, no obstante es útil y funciona bien. El wifi funciona en las habitaciones (al menos en la primera planta) y en las zonas comunes, sin cortes y buena conexión. La ducha funciona perfectamente a nivel de temperatura. Es cierto que estaría bien disponer de baño en vez de bidé en la habitación, pero queda bien explicado que es así y no hay mayor problema, existen dos wc en la misma planta que han estado siempre disponibles y limpios. El desayuno sencillo pero correcto (pan, algo de embutido, mantequilla y mermelada + croissant y café), es cierto que quizá estaría bien incluir algo extra como huevos revueltos o similares, pero por el precio , más que correcto. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos metros del telehuevo y con parking zona azul cercano.
