Araco 3000 from Pas de la casa non-existent and not recommended. (We have been to other apartments on other occasions in the 3000 chain and never had any problems, until now).
-no funcionaba un radiador eléctrico de la habitación, lo comunicamos en la recepción después de ver el apartamento nada mas llegar ese día, iban a venir a solucionarlo y hemos estado toda la estancia de 5 noches esperando y sin funcionar, ante esa pasividad nos hemos apañado con la calefacción del comedor y la puerta abierta.
-a través de la pagina de esquiades estos apartamentos te informan de que tienes que avisar de la llegada a destino, escribimos un email a los apartamentos confirmando hora y preguntando unas cosas a los apartamentos ,todavía no han contestado.
- el apartamento en esta caso , era para 5 personas , 2 sofás cama y una cama doble en habitación, un sofá cama te podías apañar en el otro sofá cama impracticable para poder dormir, la parte de las patas estaba estropeada y no se fijaban al suelo ,el que ha dormido ahí por decir algo , durmiendo con los pies en pendiente, vergonzoso.
- nos hicieron un bloqueo de la finanza el primer día (150€) y el ultimo día cuando entregamos las llaves , nos comentaron que a lo largo del día procederían a la devolución, sorpresa que nos llevamos al día siguiente hicieron otro bloqueo de nuevo de la fianza del mismo importe 150€ (creo que esto es ilegal, han utilizado los datos de la tarjeta para proceder a un nuevo bloqueo sin estar el cliente) y aun no habían devuelto la primera, han tenido bloqueados 300€ mas de una semana, después de estar constantemente escribiendo y reclamando por whatsapp.
-respecto de la tasa turística los apartamentos facilitan una información a esquiades, que luego es destino es otra, siendo superior esta, sin ningún recibo del pago de la misma.
En conclusión, cogimos el apartamento por la cercanía a pistas y por la buena pinta que tiene en fotos, venia muy completo en las características de la descripción y desde luego que la valoración que tiene no se corresponde con la realidad , del trato con los apartamentos Araco 3000 de Pas de la casa inexistente y poco recomendable. (hemos estado en otros apartamentos en otras ocasiones de la cadena 3000 y nunca ningún problema, hasta ahora) .

The rate that skiing puts on the environmental fees is incorrect, they charged us more (almost double). I would like to be able to speak to one of those responsible so that this does not happen again.

They assigned us a space and it seemed that everything was fine, to our surprise they called us the day before we left at night saying that we should remove our car from that space and look for another space because suddenly they no longer knew if it was theirs or not, at 01:00 in the morning looking for a space from floor to floor, which is 5 until, thank God, we found one, oh and to enter the car park lot there is an elevator for the car with minimal maneuvering space both to enter the floor as to go out, luckily we had a small car. The blind in the bedroom was broken on our arrival, we told them that it didn't work and they told us that they would come and fix it, which they did not do in the 1-week stay. 4 days to return the deposit and even two days after leaving the apartment they did not charge the deposit again, €300 in total and they said that it was a mistake and that they would return it to us as soon as they could. Muy mala gestión por parte de la administración, una ducha súper pequeña en la que casi no puedes moverte con una estantería de cristal dentro que te das con ella todo el rato, el sofá incomodisimo, la cama te acaba doliendo la espalda. El armario de la habitación no se puede abrir por completo porque choca con la cama. Nos enviaron instrucciones para la recogida de llaves y nada se correspondía, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas en la recepción …. Bueno en las escaleras del edificio a qué nos atendieran y nos hiciesen el Check In el cual ya se había realizado online… nos dijeron que no tenían plaza de garaje, habiendo mandos colgados para cada plaza, de hecho al día siguiente nos dieron uno de esos mandos. Nos asignaron un plaza y parecía que medio bien todo, para nuestra sorpresa nos llaman el día de antes de irnos por la noche diciendo que quitemos nuestro coche de esa plaza y busquemos otra plaza porque de repente ya no sabían si era de ellos o no, a las 01:00 de la madrugada buscando plaza de planta en planta que son 5 hasta que gracias a dios encontramos una, ah y para entrar en el parking es un ascensor para el coche con el mínimo espacio de maniobra tanto para entrar en la planta como para salir, menos mal que llevábamos un coche pequeño. La persiana del dormitorio estaba rota a nuestra llegada, les dijimos que no funcionaba y nos dijeron que ya se pasarían a arreglarla cosa que no hicieron en 1 semana de estancia. para delvolver la fianza 4 días y aún encima a los dos dias de haber dejado el apartamento no cargaron la fianza otra vez, 300€ en total y dijeron que es que ha sido un error y que nos lo devolverían en cuanto pudiesen. Apartamentos Araco era el nuestro.

The apartment was very nice. Well-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, large TV and good views, dining table, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with radiator for drying towels. All very warm with adjustable heating. The receptionist was super nice. We were with a dog and they had no problems with leaving it alone or anything. Supplement €10 day.
