Very good
Location is great!
Price might be a bit overrated (in highseason) for what you get.

Fabulous
The staff of the resort are very friendly and helpful especially the master chef Jordi and his team composed of Santi, Veronica, Facundo and Laura
This resort is not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on a very steep hillside.

The atmosphere and location were unbeatable. The pool was really nice. The room was basic but comfortable. The bathroom was very good with towels, shower gel and shampoo. The room has a Nespresso machine with capsules.
The air conditioner is quite noisy. There are ants, but that’s normal given the surroundings. You can’t leave the car next to the accommodation. The room’s fridge is far too small.

Disappointing
The pool was the only good thing
La piscina lo único bueno
The mattresses were awful, couldn’t sleep, the information — the bathroom was outside and you don’t state that on the website, there was a horrible noise with the penguin and a disastrous fridge that leaked water.

Everything was great: good location, very close to the beach, the food options and quality were very good, everything very clean and well maintained. The bungalow was small but had everything needed, the space was very well optimised.
If I have to point something out: it’s odd that almost no staff speak or understand Catalan (maybe the company should offer them training); the bungalow had a lot of humidity inside — using dehumidifiers would be great (the bedding and other fabrics from the suitcase were always damp).

Very good
Silence, absolute relaxation, a wonderful and beautiful setting.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this accommodation because we loved it the first time! We only spent one day then, and this time we wanted to extend the stay over the weekend. The last visit had more people because it was high season. This time the experience could have been better. To start with, the cleanliness of the accommodation could be improved, and the products they offer should actually be available (in the restaurant).
Cleanliness
That they actually have the products they advertise. On Half Board you can choose to have dinner, but some items on the menu weren't available. At breakfast they ran out of bread; they only had sliced white bread and baguette. On the last day, when you have to leave the accommodation, you can still use the facilities without problem but there were no towels at reception. They had run out???? and wouldn't restock them until the next day... we went to the communal showers and there was no soap (the dispensers were empty and nobody had refilled them).....
Entertainment 0
There are no activities at all, not even music to liven up the stay at any time of the day... if you go with the idea of doing absolutely nothing except enjoying the surroundings, the pool and the accommodation, it's an ideal place.

Superb
I really liked the tranquility, the location, the silence, the condition of the room, and the cleanliness of the accommodation and the whole area. I liked having car park right next to it. As for the service, I have to say it was very good and professional; everyone in the dining room was efficient, but I would single out Verónica for her kindness and professionalism. The buffet breakfasts were quite comprehensive and the dinners very good and varied.
Overall, and to finish, I would stay again.
Maybe the sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable; everything else is fine. Thank you.
