Great entertainment crew!!! Our daughter had a blast and so did we. It’s our second stay at this hotel and we hope to be back next spring break, too.
I wish the mini disco would start at 8pm rather than 9pm because it’s pretty late.
Lots of noise at night from young children 8-10 running around without their parents - this shouldn’t be allowed for everyone’s health and safety.

Great choice! We stayed for 10 days, from September 13th to 23rd, on an all-inclusive basis, and we're absolutely delighted with our decision. In previous years, we stayed at another resort in the area, which we also liked and where we were very comfortable, but this year the price had gone up considerably, exceeding our initial budget for the holiday. That's why we opted for Palas Pineda, and honestly, it was a fantastic choice. Both hotels have the same star rating and offer similar services, but after our experience, my top pick is Palas Pineda. We were also very lucky with the location of our room, with wonderful views of the stage and the children's pool. If you're looking for peace and quiet, the Adults Only area is perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the pool. And if you like to participate in activities, that's precisely where most of the entertainment is concentrated. Special mention goes to the entertainment team, led by Santos. They are all charming, friendly, and very attentive.They try to get you involved in the activities, but always without being pushy and respecting your preference for some quiet time on your own. After 10 days, we'll always cherish them! ❤️ The all-inclusive package was also very comprehensive. In the dining room, you have drinks from a dispenser, and at the outdoor bar by the pool, you can order the included drinks from the established brands. Snacks and ice cream are also included. Another thing we really liked is that, outside of regular dining hours, there's a designated snack area where you can find food to continue enjoying: cold cuts, fruit, pastries, and other tempting options. In short, a stay that exceeded our expectations, with a great atmosphere, excellent service, fantastic entertainment, and a very complete all-inclusive package. That said… between one thing and another, you should be prepared to go home with a few extra pounds! 😂 We left very happy, and without a doubt, Palas Pineda is a place we'll return to. 🌴☀️

Nos hemos alojado 10 días, del 13 al 23 de septiembre, en régimen de todo incluido y la verdad es que nos vamos encantados con nuestra elección.
En años anteriores nos habíamos alojado en otro complejo de la zona que tampoco nos desagrada y con el que hemos estado muy a gusto, pero este año había subido bastante de precio, superando nuestro presupuesto inicial para las vacaciones. Por ese motivo nos decidimos por Palas Pineda y, sinceramente, ha sido un gran acierto.
Ambos hoteles tienen la misma categoría de estrellas y ofrecen servicios similares, pero después de nuestra experiencia, mi apuesta ganadora es Palas Pineda.
Tuvimos además mucha suerte con la ubicación de nuestra habitación, con unas vistas maravillosas al escenario y a la piscina infantil. Si buscas tranquilidad, la zona Adults Only es perfecta para descansar y alejarte un poco del bullicio de la piscina. Y si te gusta participar en las actividades, es precisamente donde se concentra gran parte de la animación.
Mención especial merece el equipo de animación, liderado por Santos. Todos ellos son encantadores, cercanos y muy atentos. Intentan que participes en las actividades, pero siempre sin agobiar y respetando si prefieres estar tranquilamente a tu aire. Después de 10 días, ¡nos los llevamos a todos en el corazón! ❤️
El régimen de todo incluido también nos ha parecido muy completo. En el comedor tienes bebidas de dispensador y también en el bar exterior situado junto a la piscina, donde puedes pedir las bebidas incluidas dentro de las marcas establecidas. Además, hay snacks y helados incluidos.
Otro punto que nos ha gustado mucho es que, fuera del horario habitual del comedor, hay una zona habilitada tipo comedor donde puedes encontrar comida para seguir picando: embutidos, fruta, repostería y otras opciones bastante apetecibles.
En definitiva, una estancia que ha superado nuestras expectativas, con buen ambiente, buen servicio, animación estupenda y un todo incluido bastante completo.
Eso sí… entre unas cosas y otras, hay que venir preparado para volver a casa con algún kilo de más. 😂
Nos vamos muy contentos y, sin duda, Palas Pineda queda como una opción para repetir. 🌴☀️

Perfect for families with young children. The room cleaning staff and lifeguard Hector were excellent. Very comfortable beds and good entertainment. Just steps from the beach.

The only downside was that it was too crowded at lunchtime, but that's to be expected in August. We'll definitely be back.

My room wasn't cleaned between Friday and Monday. There's too much external noise in the rooms; I think they should soundproof them better, and the food at the buffet, especially the show cooking section, should be replenished more often or more quickly.

Everything was fine. We had modern rooms on the reception floor overlooking the hotel's performances. The buffet was very good, to my taste. At night, there was themed food apart from the buffet. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The performances were accompanied by hotel staff. We really liked them. We stayed with our children in two very comfortable rooms. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely come back.
