The hotel is right on the seafront, the beaches are very pretty and the surroundings are lovely. The catering is very good — home-cooked, simple and varied. The staff are very friendly and attentive to everything.
Overall everything is very clean.
The beds are comfortable.
El hotel esta en primera linea de mar, las playas son muy bonitas y el entorno también. El servicio de restauración es muy bueno, comida casera, sencilla y variada. El equipo de trabajo muy amable y pendiente de todo.
En general todo esta muy limpio.
Las camas son cómodas.
The hotel needs renovating; it’s old. It isn’t soundproofed — from our room we could hear the noise of washing dishes, pots… from the kitchen.
El hotel necesita una reforma, es antiguo. No está insonorizado, desde nuestra habitación se escuchaba el ruido de lavar los platos, ollas... de la cocina.

The best thing about the hotel is the food when you book Full Board. We read several comments saying the portions were small, but we left every meal feeling very full. The staff and restaurant team are very good and attentive. The beds are very comfortable.

There were two adults and a 5-year-old child. The room, although a bit dated, is comfortable and has a reasonably sized balcony.
The location is ideal, although the beach next to it (Nares) is better than the one in front (Castellar). You can walk there in just under two minutes.
The service is excellent — the staff, the food and the cleanliness.
Hemos estado 2 adultos y una niña de 5 años, la habitación, aunque anticuada, es cómoda, con un balcón de bien tamaño.
La ubicación es ideal, aunque la playa que está al lado (Nares) es mejor que la que tiene en frente (Castellar). Se llega andando en 2 minutos escasos.
El servicio es buenísimo, el personal, la comida y la limpieza.
The facilities could do with a bit of modernisation.
Habría que modernizar un poco las instalaciones.

The food was fresh and good quality. You didn’t feel heavy afterwards or have an upset stomach like in many bars or buffet places. It felt like eating at home.

Infrastructure. Air conditioning — if you can’t stand the heat and humidity — and the lift need to be working; ours broke and the building is old so they didn’t check whether people could manage the stairs, which are everywhere. Fortunately the staff found us a solution at another location. They are very proactive and look after the guest 100%, unlike other places.

Aires acondicionados sino soportas el calor y la humedad, y el ascensor tenerlo funcionando, nos pilló roto y el edificio es de construcción antigua donde no se miraba si no se podían subir o bajar escaleras y están por todos lados. Afortunadamente la gente de allí nos buscó una solución en otra ubicación. Son muy resolutivos y miran por el cliente al 100% no como en otros sitios.
