Quiet hotel, secure residence, beautiful environment.
Hôtel calme, résidence sécurisée ,bel environnement .
No French speaking staff, the entrance to the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, doors are difficult to open, doormat and tiles are stained. The menu is not very varied, we quickly had to look around.
Aucun personnel parlant français , l’entrée de l'hôtel ne représente pas un 5 étoiles portes difficiles à ouvrirent ,paillasson et carrelage taché.La carte des plats pas beaucoup de choix on a vite fait le tour .

The organization of the breakfasts was bad, the bedrooms have things to be repaired such as air conditioning, bathtub, television. When I made the booking I did not know how it was going to be the distribution of the room...in the same hotel I had to change it to a double room with sea view paying extra. This option should appear in the app. This is a constructive criticism for the best of the app I am looking for a deal and for the hotel to provide a 5 star service. Generally perfect
La organizacion de los desayunos mala, las habitaciones tiene cosas por reparar como aire, bañera,television. Cuando realice la reserva no sabia como iba a ser la distribucion de la habitacion..en el mismo hotel tuve que cambiarla a una de matrimonio con vistas al mar pagando suplemento. Deberia de aparecer esta opcion en la app. Esto es una critica constructiva de mejor de la app busco un chollo y para que el hotel brinde un servicio de 5 estrellas. Por lo general perfecto

It is a great hotel. The deal is as described, deluxe double room, but overlooking the back. For a little extra money you can upgrade to a room overlooking the pool, and since we were in a place like this we didn't say no.
The staff was excellent and very attentive, the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms very cool. The breakfast was very rich and varied, there were things that were not industrial and that they were made by them (or at least it seemed so).
The pool is a luxury, it is huge and an ideal place to relax. In the pool area there are also restaurants, although it is a pity that during the COVID season there are only 3 open. Speaking of COVID, we have seen that they clean and disinfect regularly and all employees wear masks (even the lifeguard!), which is appreciated.
The area where the hotel is located also has its charm, the first feeling we had was that we were in a neighborhood in the United States.
In short, a very rewarding experience, no doubt if I have to go to those lands again I will return to this hotel.
Es una pasada de hotel. El chollo es tal cual se describe, habitación doble deluxe, aunque con vistas a la parte de atrás. Por una poca inversión extra se puede cambiar de habitación con vistas a la piscina, y ya que estábamos en un sitio así no dijimos que no.
El personal excelente y muy atento, habitaciones bastante espaciosas y con baños muy chulos. El desayuno muy rico y variado, habían cosas que se notaban que no eran industriales y que las hacían ellos (o al menos lo parecía).
La piscina un lujo, es enorme y es un sitio ideal para relajarse. En la zona de piscina hay también los restaurantes, aunque es una pena que por época de COVID solo hay 3 abiertos. Hablando de COVID, hemos visto que van limpiando y desinfectando regularmente y todos los empleados llevan mascarilla (¡hasta el socorrista!), lo cual se agradece.
La zona donde está ubicado el hotel también tiene su encanto, la primera sensación que tuvimos era que estábamos en un barrio de estados unidos.
En definitiva, una experiencia muy gratificante, sin duda si tengo que ir por esas tierras de nuevo volveré a ese hotel

The professionalism and friendliness of the service, the facilities. The pool is beautiful. They were kind enough to put together the two large beds in the room without even asking. Security measures are complied with by the Covid-19.

The room we stayed in had a double door (both with latches) leading to the next room, so we could hear noise from the guests next door, who had a baby. It would be good to take this into account when assigning families a room type without these doors.
La habitación que nos tocó tenía una doble puerta (ambas con pestillo)que daba a la habitación de al lado, por lo que se escuchaba ruido de los huéspedes de al lado, quienes tenían un bebé. Estaría bien tenerlo en cuenta para asignar a las familias un tipo de habitación sin estas puertas.
