I almost didn't book it because of the negative reviews, but the hotel is very large, great for children, with exceptional staff and good food. Very clean.

It's true the food is repetitive, but it's not bad. The drinks included with the all-inclusive package are limited to cocktails and such, but hey, there are options.

The accommodation is a bit old. My daughter got several splinters when she leaned on something made of wood. I removed several of them myself, the cleaner helped us with others, and the water park doctor had to remove two others. What I didn't like was that at reception they told me that to remove the two splinters I had to go to a doctor who was in another hotel and that it was private and therefore I would have to pay for it. When what had happened was due to poor maintenance at the hotel. However, the cleaner told me to go to the water park doctor so that it wouldn't cost me any money and that way I could pay for the hotel insurance. It doesn't seem normal to me when I spend time on hotel premises.
El alojamiento está un poco antiguo, mi hija se clavó varias astillas al apoyarse en una cosa que había de madera, varias las quité yo, otras nos ayudó la limpiadora y otras dos tuvo que quitársela el médico del parque acuático. Lo que no me gustó es que en recepción me dijeron que para quitarle las dos astillas fuera a un médico que estaba en otro hotel y que era privado y por tanto tenía que pagarlo yo, cuando lo que había pasado era por un mal mantenimiento del hotel sin embargo la limpiadora me dijo que fuera al médico del parque acuático para que no me costara dinero y así pagara el seguro del hotel. No me parece normal cuando paso en las instalaciones del hotel

Very complete hotel, especially for children, thanks to the water park and sports facilities. The food was varied, very good in vegetables and meats, somewhat less so in fish, although there were always two or three options to choose from, both grilled and stewed. Hotel muy completo sobre todo para niños gracias al parque acuático e instalaciones deportivas. La comida ha estado variada, muy buena en verduras como en carnes algo menos en pescados, aunque siempre había dos o tres opciones a elegir tanto a la plancha como guisado, tambien habia a diario pastas,pizzas, hamburguesas,.... . La ubicacion es buena al sur de la isla al tener mejor tiempo que en el norte y bien comunicada por autovia. El personal muy amable y correcto en todo momento.
