This accommodation is located in the center of Chamonix, 50 meters from the Aiguille du Midi ski lift, which links to the Mont Blanc ski area, where there are 7 alpine and cross-country ski resorts. The self-contained apartments are on the 3rd floor and are accessed via stairs. They all have wooden beams and features, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. Free WiFi is also provided. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and coffee maker. Within 500 meters you can find several restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The accommodation is 800 meters from Chamonix Train Station and 85 km from Geneva International Airport. Annecy, with its beautiful lake, is a 1-hour drive away. Additionally, free car park is provided.

Contact details appear on the booking confirmation. In response to coronavirus (COVID-19), the accommodation is currently implementing additional health and safety measures. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host will charge this 14 days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 14 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. The remaining 70% of the amount will be automatically charged to the credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If you book less than 8 weeks in advance, the full amount will be charged. In case of damage, loss of keys, etc., the establishment will charge the corresponding amount to the guests' credit card. After booking, the accommodation will provide you with instructions regarding payment and key collection. Key collection hours are from 16:00h to 18:00h Guests planning to arrive after 6:00 PM must contact the accommodation to arrange self-service check-in.
